Would recommend as an option for park'n'fly out of SFO. Especially convenient if you have an early morning flight and a long distance to drive to SFO. Cars are parked onsite and there is a shuttle available although it may not run early enough for very early flights.

Surprisingly, noise from the airplanes was not too disruptive for sleep however, the room was not particularly well cleaned. It did have a fridge and microwave for any left overs you wish to reheat in the evening. There is an elevator for upper floor access so you need not worry about high floors if you have mobility issues.

Our family of four flew in from Australia (three separate flights over 24-plus hours) so we just wanted somewhere close to the airport to reset our body clocks and this turned out to be ideal. The shuttle bus takes only 5 minutes and you are located right on the bay. Our room looked out over the water and we had a great view of the runways. Airplane spotters would absolutely love this place! The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was clean, neat and fresh and the buffet breakfast was delicious and nutritious. However, don't expect a huge selection of breakfast options and be aware that there are only two indoor tables. We moved on after a couple of days but if you just want somewhere close to the airport that ticks all the key boxes, I highly recommend this place. Car parking is free.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the bay on the first floor. Some rooms have balconies.

I’ve been staying here for about 15 years. It’s clean and comfortable and a good value. It’s one of the few lodgings near the SFO airport that still offers a complimentary airport shuttle. Covid has wreaked havoc on staffing so this property focuses on having clean rooms and no longer offers a free breakfast which is my preference anyway. Recent reviews have been negative for reasons that I can’t fathom. This is the same great place we have always enjoyed visiting. I’m a retired airline captain who knows a good lodging and this is a favorite.

We spent one night here at the end of Dec. before an early flight home the next morning. Our room faced the waterfront, so we could watch planes landing and taking off from SFO. And we could hear them!! Earplugs were provided for this very reason!

Our room had two queen beds, TV, desk/chair, table/two chairs, frig, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, and hairdryer. The bedding was dazzling white and so comfortable to snuggle under! I’d love to know where the linens were purchased.

The bathroom was adequate although it took me a few minutes to adjust the water temperature. The sink, which was separate from the toilet/shower area, had enough counter space for personal toiletries. For some reason, the exhaust fan ran constantly.

We chose to stay here again because of the proximity to the airport and rental car facility. Additionally, it is one of the few hotels that offers free parking.
This time, the person at the front desk was much more personable and helpful than a few years ago. Hats off to her for being so friendly!

Cost for one night was $116.

I had a 4 plane/ two day journey so had booked the hotel to get a nights sleep to break the journey up. Unfortunately a group of a dozen or so people had booked the bedroom above me as a party venue - must have been cheaper than hiring a function room.
The noise of their music and stomping about on the floor made it impossible to sleep. Staff on duty kept apologizing but said there was nothing they could do about it.After numerous complaints to the party goers and hotel staff I was moved to another room at 4 am. I got 2 hours sleep before having to get up again to continue my journey. The Inn refused to give me a refund which I think says a lot about how customer focused they are.

If your alternatives are to sleep under a bridge or in a freight train box car, maybe you'll find this acceptable. If you are accustomed to clean, friendly, welcoming, or QUIET, you will be well-advised to look elsewhere.

The hotel is an "airport" hotel, so sure, some airport activity is to be expected. But I've stayed at airport hotels all over the world, and never experienced anything like this. The hotel is situated directly adjacent to landing approach for SFO, which is over water, so sound carries. SFO is one of the busiest airports in the world, and jets land one right after the other well into the wee hours of the morning. The provided ear plugs won't help.

The room was dirty, and the beds uncomfortable. The breakfast, such as it was, a huge disappointment. Better just skip it and grab something at the airport, it's that bad.

The check-in clerk was friendly, but that's where the hospitality ended. The checkout clerk was rude and unhelpful. Acted as if our appearance at the desk was a major inconvenience. I would sleep in my car before staying at this hotel again.

Got a good night's sleep in our room. Was comfortable and clean. Though located near SFO runways, was surprisingly quiet-like. Price is very reasonable despite its location in the most unreasonably priced region in the Universe, since few making less than $500K/annum can afford to live there, but I digress.. Our room was close to the lobby; male guests were there outside shooting the breeze at around 1 a.m., which woke me up briefly - not the fault of the hotel, just typical rudeness, inconsiderate people. Add EV charging and I'd stay there more.

The room smelled like smoke and had a musty odor even after requesting a nonsmoking room. After we pulled back our sheets, we saw they were visibly dirty. The chairs were stained and gross. There were numerous bugs in the bathroom. There was a large enough gap under the door that we could see light coming in and it had a large draft coming in. Overall, not impressed. You get what you pay for.

It was clean enough and comfortable enough but our deadbolt didn't work. The worst was the garbage truck at 5:30 am right outside our room. There was also a lot of jet noise. On the upside, breakfast was very good especially the scrambled eggs.

I decided to stay because of the view. However, they have terrible customer service. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. The room smelled. And after the stay my card was charged extra. When I called they didn’t have an explanation why I was charged extra and yet decided to keep that charge.

You don't need to call, the shuttle leave the hotel every 30 min. (from 4:00 am to 1:00 am). At the airport, just look for sign directing you to hotel shuttles. Have a nice stay.

You may find that you only need to be at the airport two hours prior to your flight - that was our experience anyway. However, here's an extract from the hotel's website which shows that you'll be able to get the shuttle at a convenient time. 'Our charming bayfront hotel offers complementary hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and an airport shuttle to and from SFO Airport (that runs from 4:00 am to 1:00 am every half hour)'.
