Went through TripAdvisor review and noticed the Hyatt on airport was sold out and didn't want to go all the way to downtown. Some properties had scary reviews and usually Hilton properties do not disappoint so took the chance of staying here and was pleasantly surprised to a room that seemed to never end as it had one separate room with desk, television, chair, comfortable bedding with 2 excellent bathrooms with excellent water pressure with Neutrogena products. Attached to the room was like a living room with dining table, 3 sofas, coffee table, television, abundant window with excellent views of landing aircraft, office buildings, and the staff were above and beyond. Was welcomed as a diamond member from New Jersey native, Ryan who explained all the amenities of the hotel. Fiji native, Trisha, was very warm and made the stay that much better and let me stay longer than usual checkout upto 2pm being a diamond member. Teena was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly in her customer service skills with professionalism and composure as I noticed she was being yelled at by some airhead going crazy about charging stations for his electric car - c'mon dude she's a human and if you're staying at. Hilton, you know you're gonna be charged for everything. The elevators were very quick and roomy. By front desk, there are abundant choices of food and drink as well as those just in case items one might need such as deodorant, scissors, and razors. The breakfast could have been better with more choices and the atmosphere was great with lunch and dinner being served as well with an ambient bar. The executive lounge up top was spectacular with excellent views, had all the office equipment to get work done in a well lit atmosphere. The shuttle to the airport was a nice treat as well with the driver being friendly and helpful as well. Now I know where to come to stay and will definitely skip the Hyatt to come here as those Hilton Honor points add up as a Diamond member. Thank you for the memorable stay! 1425 was great and kudos the housekeepers who make things happen by keeping the fort down to make rooms available for comfortable stays! Thank you!

When our flight was delayed putting us in San Francisco pretty late, we decided to grab a hotel near the airport in order to grab the Napa shuttle the next day rather than make the long drive that evening. San Francisco hotels can be pretty pricey but this one caught our attention for being pretty moderately priced compared to all of the others nearby. Since we did not have a car, the fact that they had an onsite restaurant that stays open until 1:00 am was a major plus as well...which by the way has a great selection of local wines and the famous clam chowder bowl that was delish. They also have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to and from the airport which was very convenient for our situation. Our room was great as it overlooked the bay. Staff was helpful & nice. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. We would definitely stay at this location in the future.

On our regular vacations to/from Asia, this hotel is a staple. While the regular rooms are on the small side, we appreciate the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service and the Exec Lounge.

We recently stayed at this hotel three times. The first two times were our usual one-night pre/post-flight stays. We informed the hotel when we checked out after Stay #2 that we would be back in a few days for a two-night stay. The Front Desk agent immediately blocked a suite for us. We really appreciate the extra space and the time to enjoy the hotel.

Occupancy level was high during each stay, and the ladies in the Exec Lounge seemed overworked. Yet, they were always pleasant and welcoming.

The Front Desk also informed us of an environmental initiative where we could waive housekeeping for stays of two or more nights for an extra 1,000 Hilton points. We have stayed at a few other hotels who have the same initiative and we applaud it.

We look forward to a return visit in a few months when we fly across the Pacific again on our next vacation. Thank you for three good stays at the end of 2019.

The beds are extremely small and hard and uncomfortable. I was unaware that I had to request for my room to be cleaned so when I went down to the front desk and spoke to Evelyn I requested that our room be cleaned the next day after 1:00 pm, for some reason she sent housekeeping at 8:30 in the morning which I think was unprofessional. If I told her to tell them 1:00 pm then it should be 1:00 pm not 8:30 am. Evelyn was not bothered by any questions, comments or concerns I had about our stay which was four days and we had nothing but problems at this hotel. Parking was $20 a night and the room key was supposed to let us in and out of the parking lot at all times and it didn’t work so I had to keep going to the front desk so they could fix it and that was a hassle. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as there was nothing good about it and being that it was a Hilton, my expectations were shot down...

I had a layover of 8 1/2 hrs due to air Canada changing my flight 3 times on my return from hawaii. To cancel and rebook would had cost me double the original booking fee I had paid which I believe the airline did on purpose to screw more money out of me. I decided to go to a hotel instead of serving my time at the airport. Hilton was just the best in accommodating me as they charged me a minimal fee to stay in their hotel. Even though I showed up early they gave me the room and help me catch up on my much needed sleep. Thank you Hilton for your hospitality and making this return trip easier on me.

Although not near the heart of the city, the free transportation to/from the airport terminal made it easy and convenient to transfer to the local BART train into the city. All the directions were precise. Bed was extremely comfortable. Resturant food was priced too high ($21 omelette). The staff were incredible!

The hotel was very nice. Had room 1509 on the executive floor. It has double beds and is well laid out and thoughtful room. Hotel was further away from airport than I thought so views of arriving aircraft was better from executive lounge than from room. The executive room is a very nice haven when you want to get out of your room but don’t want to go downstairs or leave the property. It was well stocked with drinks and cookies but I noticed that people were stocking up on items when the attendant wasn’t there. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with egg, bacon, sausage and potatoes provided as hot food. Muffins, bread, cereal, and fruit as cold options. Executive room and bar staff could use some diversity training. My wife and I are black and it was painfully obvious that we received different treatment then the other guest.

Our experience was pretty good. The location was perfect as you are right on the bay and the location is both safe and quiet and close enough to San Fran but far enough away from busyness and loudness.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. So I can say that as a person of color. The grounds were very dated but still clean.

We had a bay view window which was nice, even though it was overlooking a parking lot as well. The window opens to a small but valuable amount for a nice breeze. The rooms are big and comfortable. The beds very comfortable. However, there is NO fridge or microwave. No pens or pads of paper. Just keep that in mind. It was an inconvenience. The only real concern I had was the bathroom was incredibly outdated and needed a serious revamp. It was however clean, but still with an outdated white bathroom, it could use some TLC.

They have a restaurant on site. And small area at the front desk to grab packaged items/drinks.....There is also a couple computers and printing station... if you have pets (we DO NOT), they have free dog treats! There is also plenty of wet wipes, (which I loved) throughout the the building... there is also ample paid self parking with in/out privileges. Overall, it was a comfy, safe, quiet stay. I would stay again. If you don’t need the luxuries and don’t mind outdated spaces, I would recommend!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel at all after Corona anymore. This is a one of the places cutting back on service on behalf of us as customers

I have booked an executive room with access to the executive lounge in the rate description for exactly this reason

Arriving there I learned - no daily housekeeping (but during checkin I was able to book it for all days so fine for me.

Unfortunately not acceptable is the closed executive lounge. Not only I should be able to use it as a diamond member also I had it in the description of my rate.
Asking the front desk about it they just told me sorry we do not put the rate descriptions in and we are blamed by many people. Also I got free breakfast but this does not compensate for the free drinks and evening reception. They were not willing to discuss this part or reduce the rate.

Again here they use the pandemic to cut cost and even more - they sell rates which are clearly a lie. Totally unacceptable

Room was very clean and the bed was perfectly firm. Shower pressure and view of the bay was outstanding. The cost to use the parking garage seemed spendy at $20/night but I'm sure its on par with the surrounding area. I would definitely return to this hotel.

As of July 2022 yes they have breakfast. Not sure about the price . Diamond members get $15 per day towards any food. No more free breakfast for diamond members

Sorry to say this, but avoid all food at this hotel. Shuttle service and free 7 days of parking, and sleep quality cannot be beat. Eat before you arrive at night to sleep and then airport food before boarding.
