Clean, quiet, excellent beds, beautiful high desert location and of course the amazing night sky. The rooms look exactly as depicted in the photos and again, very clean. And no worries about staying cool in the hot summer temps as their A/C is unbelievably efficient. Just a relaxing, heavenly little inn for adults who need a break from the usual...

Very comfortable, nice touch of a basket of goodies and drinks, nice patio and decor. Very clean, easy to find, lots of parking, good A/C in the summer months, appreciated having a microwave in the room. I did not stay too long since I was there for a night time shoot. But I would love to go there in the...

We had a lovely time at this place. The location was perfect for touring around Anza Borrego, and the room was quite comfortable and well arranged. The private patios are great for star gazing and the breakfasts were nice. The staff was quite pleasant, and the breakfast was decent. The pool was a bit disappointing but overall the property was...

This is a great location to see the stars. Last year we stayed to see the meteor showers. They were beautiful. I forgot that stars twinkle, there is a Milky Way, and shooting stars leave trails of light. We were treated very well and this facility has two pools. Not much to see in the City though. We ate dinner...

Facilities: Beautiful, clean charming inn with wonderful rooms in a southwestern style and two pools with jacuzzis. Service: Friendly and helpful staff ( special thanks to...

Bring a foam mattress or pillow top if you want to get sleep. I didn't want to give this inn a bad review but the manager honestly, gave me no choice. When I gently and respectfully told her about my experience, and asked for a solution for second night, the reply I got was, "Well we just got new beds...

Our unit was so comfortable with a private patio for star gazing with a glass of wine. The location is excellent for taking off in any direction to visit Anza Borrego State Park. Breakfast always a treat. The market in town was well equipped, though food is more expensive than a large city. Restaurants were high priced, so we chose...

Kind of hot but this place is excellent. The room was gorgeous and they thought of everything. We had a queen room and there was a back enclosed patio. The pool was lovely and so welcome after we had taken a walk at Anza Borrego SP. The real treat came next morning with a first class breakfast. Home made food...

Send the kids to stay overnight with grandma, put away your cell phone, your computer, and come to Borrego Valley Inn if you want to experience a little bit of tranquil heaven. Or, I should say, “heavens.” This is a terrific place to kick back and stargaze with a nice glass of wine. If you’re serious about watching the night...
