We soaked in the hot tub just after sunset with glasses of complimentary wine (plastic containers) right after arrival... great way to start our one night stay. The only negative was the in house restaurant which was over priced. The food was above average.

First started going here back in the 80s when my 3 kids were young..Over the years have probably stayed at the Bodega Bay Lodge a good 10 times and each experience never a disappointment..Went back last year on a second honeymoon and nothing much had changed except for the new spa..wish the swimming pool was warmer and a real wood...

I'm very hard pressed to get a definition of this property because so much depends on the traveler. The Lodge is at least a 4 star and to me a five star. Some of that is because Houston in the late summer features punishing heat so the cool fog of the california coast was a blessing, The rooms are nice,...

I had a huge first floor ocean view room with a breathtaking view over the bay. The facilities were all excellent and the evening cheese & wine reception a very nice touch. The only downsides (neither enough to warrant docking a star from the rating) was the foghorn on one of the nights keeping me awake - I foolishly didn't...

Love it. Can't wait to go back. Good food and wind. Very relaxing and awesome place. Been there in the winter and the summer. Although summer is a bit Korea sunny. The Winter clouds and rain were cozy and comfy.

we spent a couple of days here in the autumn and booked an ocean facing room. we were told there were 'no ocean facing' rooms but actually our view of the lagoon and ocean beyond were exceptional. the bedroom size was average, the bathroom was enormous. we enjoyed our stay very much but were completely underwhelmed by the room decoration....

We are fortunate enough to travel considerably. We stay in many hotels, some bad, some good, a few exceptional. Bodega Bay Lodge is one of the few exceptional hotels we have been to. We had an upstairs room directly overlooking the bay. What a view; we arrived to see the sunset, it was fantastic. Our room was brilliant. Large, high...

We decided on a last minute road trip up to Bodega and decided to spend a little more than usual on our lodging... There were no regrets and no question regarding whether or not we will return (YES we will!!). This is a perfect place to hit the reset button and RELAX. The facility is beautiful, welcoming, and cozy; There...

Had not been to Bodega Bay Lodge for years and has it ever changed. It is truely the most spectacular location on the Norther CA Coast.. Every room has an ocean view and a fireplace...no obstructed views here. Rooms are very large and most comfortable. Baths have recently been remodeled and are warm and spacious with top notch amenities, fluffy...

We stayed the weekend after Thanksgiving and it was the perfect way to relax prior to the crazy holiday season! I had stayed here many, many years ago and don't recall it being this elegant. The room was well appointed, we loved having the fireplace with the fire log. We were just across from the restaurant and had a beautiful...
