I COULD WRITE A BOOK ON WHAT WAS WRONG. Plus was the beautiful view. Nice front desk staff. I gave a list of 12 problems with this hotel and the desk clerk told me he would have the manager call me. Its been several weeks and I have received no call. Dirty carpet, pitiful couch (dirty), no screen on slider,...

Really great location, good parking, great views, very large rooms, modern facilities, 5 minute walk to a great café (they give you a voucher at check in) and friendly service. Good breakfast in the morning.

Though the rooms were a bit tired looking, they were very spacious and comfortable. We chose this hotel partly for it's convenient proximity to the water and walking distance to some good Bodega Bay restaurants. But most importantly we chose it for it's dog friendly environment. We traveled with our 2 dogs and the room was perfectly suited for them:...

We were on along road trip down the coast from Seattle to San Francisco and wanted a reasonable place to stay. We chose Bodega Coast Inn based on price, location and reviews. While the decor was a bit outdated it was clean and very spacious. Good views of the bay as well. We were late arriving and after notifying the...

The prices charged would be worth it for the location and views but the place is worn down and frumpy. The room we had was ok, with a worn carpet, old and creaky furniture and average bed, bathrooms were ok but worn and in need of upgrade. But we had a nice view though it was windy at night. Breakfast...

Lovely views of the ocean from our room. The pool and hot tub were clean and also had a great view of the ocean. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but it didn't bother us. The breakfast area is large and well lit. they served brownies for breakfast which made me happy. Our room was very dark. There was only one...

I travel along the coast often and have found that most of the accommodations are a bit rustic, it's just what you get in the area. I'm sure the upscale resorts are nicer, but if you are just passing through and staying the night this place will be more than ok. I was traveling on a busy week and there...

I had a nice room overlooking the Bay. It is a modest hotel with delightful staff...and as mentioned, an amazing aroma emanating from the breakfast room. It is homey in furniture. The only thing I would add would be an additional blanket as coastal nights can get chilly. Otherwise a nice place, close to the water and things to do...

For $169, a basic room. Nice view, a little overpriced. Tired, worn down property with nice and friendly staff. An upgrade of carpets, fixtures, linens, etc and it would be spectacular. Room had the basics; flat screen, microwave, coffee maker, fridge. An overnight road trip stay. Very passable for an overnight stay, though not very clean, (coffee pot was dirty!)

Very nice room. Frig & microwave very convenient. Really enjoyed bringing our dogs along. Just across Hwy 1 a nice trail that leads to Doran Beach. Good restaurants within walking distance that are dog friendly. Fireplace in the room was very cozy Could have used more than one log. The breakfast downstairs was nice with fresh waffles, fruit, & cereals....
