I was a little worried about booking here based on the mixed reviews and the low price. But I went ahead and gave it a chance. When we first arrived we were greeted by a very friendly woman and treated very nicely. My first impression of the room was HOW ADORABLE!! I spent 4 days there and never did I...

We checked in on a Thursday evening for a two night stay. The owner couldn't have been nicer. He even moved our cabin due to loud wood cutting next to our original cabin. The cabin we were in #13 was clean, well maintained and cozy. We ordered some take out and promptly bult a fire in the fireplace and filled...

My husband and I had an amazing stay at big bear manor Jacuzzi cabins. The cabin was spotless, the restroom was very clean, the little kitchen area was also clean and equipped with a microwave, a toaster, a little oven, a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, plates, forks, spoons, knives, cups, and paper towels. The bed was comfortable and big...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days mid week for only $59 per night. We were not looking for luxury, just something clean and inexpensive. The room was ok, we had cabin 16 across from the office so we were able to get WiFi most of the time but don't expect to het it if you are further...

Don't be thrown off by the check in cabin. The ones to stay in are dark but clean. The little kitchenette is serviceable. The Jacuzzi in the living room was off-putting to us, but probably enjoyable for many others. Also, don't be fooled by the distance claims. You can walk to the Village and the lake, but it is a...

I stayed here over the weekend with my boyfriend. After reading the reviews here, I didn't have high expectations but as soon as we walked into our cabin, we were blown away. Not sure what all the other reviewers expected but it was just like what I thought a jacuzzi cabin should be. It was cozy yet the room was...

Picture gives the room more justice than is due. Normally we stay at Pine Knot but they were sold out for the weekend so we gave Big Bear Manor a try. The gentleman at the front office was nice and helpful. The down side of the stay was property/room could use some updating, which is why I have given such...

I reserved 6 days before hand. Father in law had a heart attack. Had to cancel. He said by phone "I told you it's non-refundable within 15 days." He never stated that to me by phone. Also, ridiculed me saying that I can't read. Although, I did find this place through a website that gave me a link saying 24...

This place is terrible. Stay here if you want the owner to go through your things when you are not in the room! The beds are terrible, the pillows a joke. I do have to say the jacuzzi tub is nice if you dont mind waiting one hour to fill it up. We booked for a two night stay and...
