Based on other reviews I thought this would be fine for 1 night-we just needed a place to stay so we wouldn't get stuck in the awful early morning traffic to get the kids to Big Bear ski school. We verified upon check-in it was a non-smoking room and 2 double beds. We went to the room and almost killed...

I had never stayed at any Motel 6 before, so my wife and I were a bit apprehensive. It may not actually be located in Big Bear Lake. I believe that it's just over the line in Big Bear City. My GPS couldn't find the address in BBL, so you may want to punch in BBC. The location may be...

Very clean room. No funky smell like in other places. Small room for the price, but nice people at the service desk. We walked right next door to the tubing hill, that was convenient. It's not too far from other great locations. Other guests who stay there there are not very kid friendly as they complained we were too loud...

Motel 6 is a simple chain, and one should not experct too much. Having said that, Big Bear Motel 6 is among the better ones. With two doublr bads, a very clean room and very friendly service (Hi Allen!) we had all we needed. A bonus was the good recommendation to the best local restaurant.

This was our 2nd time to enjoy the Big Bear Oktoberfest. The Motel is a short two minute walk to the festivities!!! The room we stayed overlooked the venue (Room 248)... The rooms are remodeled with IKEA type furniture and the twin beds are comfortable...The flooring consisted of laminate and gave a clean look....Bring a hairdryer none is provided...Towels are...

This was our first experience with Motel 6 in Big Bear. We stayed on a Saturday night in September trying to escape the heat from SoCal. We checked in, easily, and headed to the room. This particular room did have a slight cigarette smell, although it was a non-smoking room. I called the office to see if we could switch...

Husband, myself and kids decides to take a trip to Big Bear last minute.. we were originally looking for a cabin, but being that he wanted to go on Labor Day weekend everything was booked. I saw the reviews on the Motel 6 and I wasn't great so I was a little iffy. but I went ahead and made the...

It's been a long time since I've stayed in a Motel 6 after having many lackluster experiences. I have to say that this last minute booking has warmed me back up to the chain. The price was reasonable, the customer service at the front desk was warm, inviting, and friendly, and the room was great. The room was clean, comfortable,...

A bit cleaner than your average motel 6, clean and reasonably comfortable. No in room amenities. You get what you pay for. Pool was covered and not available even though it was summer. Not close to much for walking distance. Overall not bad for this chain

Had to book two rooms for some guests at 10pm on a Tuesday night. Glad M6 was open late. My guests called me at 7am the next morning stating ants were crawling on them and in their bed all night and the air conditioner did not work all night with 75 degree night temps. That was just the beginning of...
