This was our first stay at Big Bear and our first time renting a cabin. CIenaga Creek Ranch was perfect! The cabins are adorable! We were so glad the cabins are spread out on the ranch to offer privacy in a beautiful setting. The staff are so hospitable and helpful. We won't stay anywhere else. This was our home away...

We spent the weekend here and loved it! Its a gorgeous place to stay to unwind for a weekend. With a dog who could not have been more welcomed (treats and bowls and the ability to be off leash) and a beautiful and cosy cottage with daily baked goods from the owners. We adored it and will be back. Highly...

I've been looking for a quiet, well-managed, cabin experience, in Big Bear, for a long time. As a solo traveler, private cabins (and deposits) are quite expensive. And yes, there are options, but this is the one for me. I like the feeling of being alone, yet... not. At Cienaga Creek, there's a comfortable space between cabins. In snow, everything...

Family friendly staff, picture perfect scenery, more than expected! The pictures do not do this wonderful winter get-a-way justice. By far the best place the family and I ever stayed while visiting Big Bear! Can't wait to visit again, and will only stay at Cienaga Creek Ranch from here on out!

We stayed in the Kopitch cabin and it was nice to be away from the other cabins. We had our own long driveway that we were able to sled down with a ton of snow falling. The cabin was clean and we were able to stay warm. If you need Wifi or Cell phone reception there is none so you...

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed our Kopitch Cottage. The driveway does make the perfect sled run, especially with all the snow we have! Making lasting memories with your kids is one of our goals at Cienaga Creek Ranch! Hope to have you visit again soon. Warm regards, Vickie

We have gone to Cienega Creek Ranch for years. The cabins are wonderful but can be a little small if it is more than 2 people. We love that the Pacific Crest Trail runs through the property so we can take long hikes. It is about a 15 min drive to town for dinner or grocery shopping. Highly recommend!

Just returned from our fifth stay. My husband ordered a cake for my birthday. It was home baked and sooo delicious. The muffins were great too. We had a great time and so did our 16 year old dog and our young dog. We've stayed at Ironwood, Mountain Sunset and Wild Rose. All were nice.

I have stayed there many times over the years. It is a great place to get away and recharge my batteries. It is quite and removed from the crazy LA life. Trails right out your front door to go hiking. Full kitchen, coffee maker and BBQ. My dogs love it up there. The owners are the best! They bring fresh...

“Jupiter Ridge has very spacious rooms. Mountain Sunset has a hot tub in the bedroom...which could be either off-putting or exciting depending on what you're looking for. We love the Kopitch Cottage best, but it is very basic and the least fancy. It is more private in location than some of the other small cabins. All of the facilities there are great! No wifi though...did miss that!”
