THe room was double-booked due to system failure, the owner have no idea what to do even though this has happened several times, and basically what they would do is try to find somewhere else for you, and if they cannot one they just gonna kick you out literally. WORST resort management ever!

well...if your looking for a resort this isnt the place for you. We stayed here over the busy holiday because pretty much everything else that was "reasonably" priced was sold out. So we got what we paid for....a tiny little bare bones one room cabin with bare bones necessities. Not great but we were warm and dry and enjoyed our...

We checked in and the people at the front desk were nice. The place was empty and there were many cabins and rooms available. For some reason, they decided to put us in the cabin right up front right next to the busy highway. When we got inside, you could hear the traffic going by so we went back to...

We stayed here for our anniversary as a last minute venture. We didn't stay in the cabins but the room we stayed in was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was very clean and warm. The restroom was a bit cold with no heater if I had to say something negative but otherwise we...

These cabins are cute little rentals in Big Bear Lake with easy access to the town and the lake and a couple of some smaller ski areas on the south side of the lake. The studio rentals are quite tiny with 3 rooms: a bedroom that looks directly into the kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed our fireplace quite a bit...

JANUARY 16, 2015-->Today is the start of my mom's birthday celebration. In this short 2 day vacation, we're gonna stay here Bear Creek for 1 night. So far, service is good. Regular procedures when checking in, CC for incidentals, signature and rules. Above is my mom and behind her is the office and playground. Below that is our outside patio....

I just recently stayed there with my family over the weekend 1/9/16 and left on Sunday morning. It was the worst ever!! First the room is super expensive. Second we stayed in cabin #2 It was horrible! The beds are lumpy and one of them is leaning to one side.. That's how old those beds are. The supervisor is super...

I am sooo glad we didn't go by what the reviews said. Seriously, I think the negative reviews are from city people who are expecting a 5 star experience. Guess what??? You will not find that anywhere in Big Bear unless you want to pay $1000 night for an upscale cabin. I will tell you what you will get: a...

I've stayed at Bear Creek many times and it is my favorite place to stay at in Big Bear. Bear Creek is easily accessible off the main HWY as your coming in to town. And although it is not in downtown, the downtown shops and restaurants are only a short drive away, about 5 min. I like the cabins because...
