I had a wonderful stay at the sixty in Beverly Hills for my last night in Los angels. It has been the cherry on top! Staff was efficient and caring. The room was beautiful, a good size and nice furniture. The rooftop is for me the best one of Los Angeles. The view is breathtaking and the cocktails delicious! Service was impeccable as well! I know they are preparing the opening of their new restaurant “Ella” and I can’t wait to come back and eat there !

I don't usually write review but this time is different. Do not go to this hotel if you are on a business trip. No restaurant, no room service, slow Internet, rooms are not sound proof and you hear everything. Staff is rude and slow except for a young lady. Rooms definitely need a refurbishment, everything was falling apart and (curtains, furniture, floor etc.). Only thing nice is the pool.

Loved my time at Sixty. The room and beds were very comfortable and the pool was the perfect escape. Word to the wise, I wasn’t aware you couldn’t have a friend meet you at the pool as a paying guest but learned on site (there’s a $75 charge p/p) - Other than that bit of news everything else was a dream and the subway construction luckily didn’t interfere with catching much needed zzz’s

Starting with checkin, we did not get a very warm welcome - in general, it was just a bland vibe. No hello welcome, more like checking us in was a chore. The man who was speaking to the other guest literally baffled us - a pair of foreign travelers were inquiring about COVID test sites and whether the hotel offered it, the man literally said in monotone, “no we don’t, I don’t know where to go but you can Google it.” If you don’t like interacting with customers, maybe don’t work in hospitality? The room itself is sadly outdated, there are a bunch of dirty water pipes popping out under the sink, and the shower is still covered with a piece of plastic cloth which since COVID just seems so unsanitary. We asked for more than two bottles of water per day and the front desk person again, rudely told me that they don’t offer more than two bottles a day. What kind of hotel limits a guest’s water intake? In addition, there’s never anyone at the front desk. No one answers the phone when we call, which defeats the purpose of staying at a hotel… Our third day here, my husband was working in the room until noon, and the cleaning lady came at 1145am asking to clean. He had politely asked her if she could come back in 15 minutes once he leaves for lunch and she nodded yes. When he came back in the afternoon, it was not cleaned. Turns out that she does not speak English and did not understand the request - so he asked her to come back at 530pm, she nodded again. But this time he gets a call from the hotel saying they don’t clean rooms after 5pm. Overall, the vibe is just very off. We truly just don’t feel welcomed here, and every request we have is a huge ask to the staff. I am disappointed and will probably not be staying here again next time.
