I visited Beverly Hills for a medical procedure and decided to stay at the Beverly Hilton as it was very close to the medical clinic I had to go to. I read the reviews prior to booking and after having stayed here, I must say that it did not disappoint. It was very nice inside and all staff were wonderful! I advised front desk that I would not be able to walk after my procedure and they stated that they had wheelchairs and their staff would assist me in getting up and down from my room. I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and 2 days were after my procedure. The staff were super wonderful and would wheel me down to the pool area where I could get some sun and not spend all day in my room. I had forgotten my icepacks at the doctors office for post recovery, but front desk was so helpful that they brought me some at no charge! Room service was very proficient as my food would come up within 5 to 10 min of placing the order. The Food Manager, Marisol Mercado was amazing! She realized that I was not too mobile and ensured that the food was delivered inside my room so I didn't have to go and open the door when the delivery person came. One of the best things about this hotel was the fact that they give you aluminum, refillable water bottles and on every floor, they have a water station where you could refill your bottle! This was very helpful as guests don't need to worry about buying water bottles and lugging them around. The pool here is really big with a nice restaurant at the poolside and lots of loungers. If you are considering staying in Beverly Hills, this hotel will not disappoint! I am a Hilton Honors member and the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they have this policy whereby if you book the hotel through another provider, they will not give you Hilton points on purchases you make at the hotel. I booked my reservation through AMEX Fine Hotels and used my AMEX points to book this hotel. While my stay was booked through AMEX points, I did spend about $300.00 at the hotel (with room service and restaurant) and I don't think it is fair that they don't give you points (considering I am a Hilton Honors member) if you didn't reserve directly through Hilton.

Hotel's Favourite
When most people think of going to Los Angeles for vacation, they think of hotels near Disneyland, Universal Studios, or along the beaches. While those hotels cater to a certain traveler, the Beverly Hilton was perfect for our family of four, which included two older teenagers. We booked two separate rooms, and while we were not able to get adjoining, they were close to each other on the same floor. The hotel itself is centrally located to many good day trips: walking distance to Rodeo Drive and other surrounding shops and restaurants; 15-20 minute drive to Santa Monica and Venice Beach; 15 minutes to the shops on Melrose and La Brea; 20 minute drive to K-Town, 30 minutes to Manhattan Beach; and so on and so on. We never hit too much of the famed L.A. traffic, although we had the luxury of driving during non-rush hour times. If you don't know much about the hotel, it is one of L.A.'s most storied hotels. Just about every major old Hollywood actor and actress has stepped through its doors, and most of new Hollywood as well as the Golden Globes are held in the International room, accessible close to the parking lot entrance, although usually locked. The pool was spacious and rarely crowded, with music from Sinatra's era flowing through the outdoor speakers. Our rooms were 220 and 225 and were one of the newly renovated ones. 220 has one king size bed and a balcony, while 225 has two full-size beds and a balcony. Neither has much of a view; they both overlooked the overhang of the pool. I would recommend either several floors higher (eight floors total), or at least in the higher range past 225. The rooms were modern, clean, and cozy, each with a large flat screen TV. The balconies were spacious and we enjoyed coffee and the occasional snack out there. One of our favorite aspects of the rooms and hotel in general is that it was quiet: the a/c units went on and off providing a pleasant white noise, and there were no slamming of doors and guests chatting loudly in the hallways. Self-parking was easy with in-and-out privileges, at $50 per day. Reasonable considering New York prices are $70 and up. Restaurant food was a little pricey as expected, but decent and convenient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Highly recommend for the property and friendliness of the staff. Thanks for helping make this vacation one of the most enjoyable my family has had.

We were just planning on staying at the hotel as part of extended weekend for the Paul McCartney concert. When we checked in, Yamileth went above and beyond to make our stay a truly memorable experience. She set us up with amazing room, some extra features and it will be a great time we will not forget! All the people at the Hilton were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable A big thank you to Patrick, in the managers office. You were awesome! They took care of us for the meals which were great and thank you all!

Salon had broken pedicure chairs, and the employees had to bring in all of their equipment…. Which was odd. The pedicure spa tub would not hold any water. For as nice of hotel this is, I would have assumed as well as hoped, that even though it is a subcontracted salon business in the building, it would have been up to the rest of the Beverly Hilton standards. It was very disappointing. The staff however was very nice and apologetic.

While the history and the beauty of the Beverly Hilton is second to none, the hotel has some issues. The room we booked was not ready and instead of upgrading we were downgraded and the hotel failed to adjust our rate till we asked. The connecting room we were then issued was so noisy that it was like the neighboring guests lived with us. The icing in the cake was even though we are diamond members with Hilton we were not given access to the executive lounge nor provided an extra bottle Of water by the front desk even when we asked for one.

From the moment we arrived we felt special. The staff everywhere was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was absolutely beautiful. We had lunch one day at the pool and felt like we were in a tropical resort. Honestly this was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Worth every single penny!

My first time back since Covid - coincidentally was here in March 2020 days before the lock down! 3rd stay in a poolside room - great location and super convenient. Hotel itself is arguably a bit dated, but they get the job done. Check in had only two staff members checking in a lot of arriving conference attendees - however, a special shout out to “Grazyna”. Absolute professional: Incredibly pleasant and super efficient and the same time… a rare skill in the customer services industry. I had the pleasure of interacting with her again on checkout…another great experience…. This time she was the lone front desk person, but it wasn’t nearly as busy! Staff can make all the difference for a hotel stay and Grazyna is a credit to the hotel - thank you!

This iconic hotel was wonderful. From the super friendly front of house to the lovely pool man this stay was idyllic. Managed to get our room early which was great. 7th floor and a great view of LA skyline. Room was a good size. Bathroom massive and the shower super. It was immaculate as you’d expect and even the corridors were super clean & quiet. Bed was so comfy. We drank & relaxed by the pool. Had drinks in the lounge area by the pool then got room service. Food delicious. The balcony here was a great size with a small sofa, chair & table. Safe & Fridge & you could ask for a coffee machine if you wished. Just beautiful! Definitely worth staying here.

This property in underwhelming. Definitely not what one would expect for the location. The property is old and is in desperate need of a remodel. Overpriced for what you experience. If you are interested in a luxury experience, this is not the property for you.
