We stayed there for one night after returning from a cruise that docked in LA. Upon arrival it looks like a large house, quite unassuming on the street. Inside, with its art deco front parlor, wide staircase and lounge, it still looks like a home...More
We love staying at this hotel because it is convenient an a good little gem. You get the customer service because it isn't a chain hotel . The rooms are a little small but ask for a corner room as they are bigger. We are...More

This is a fabulous hotel - gorgeous cool decor - great location and lovely service. We were provided with a glass of bubbles on arrival - nothing was too much trouble for the front desk staff. Highly recommend - especially for couples - it's great...More
Gorgeous refurbished little hotel true to the promotional photographs. Could improve on a couple of practicalities: there was plenty of room for an actual towel rail or rails in the bathroom instead of the hooks provided - towels just fall off the hooks. Our shower...More

Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of
tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.

Thank you for your questions. I'm happy to give you more information on our amenities. It depends on the dates of your trip as our sister property, Mosaic Hotel, will be reopening after a full renovation in August.
1. Maison 140 offers a continental breakfast buffet each morning from 7-10:30am in the lobby bar. The continental breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. The full buffet is available for $14 per person or you may purchase item a la carte. However, when the Mosaic reopens in early August, their restaurant is available to our guests as well. The Mosaic restaurant offers a full hot breakfast menu that can be billed to your room at Maison 140.
2. Maison 140 does not have a pool. Fortunately, the Mosaic Hotel does have a pool that is available to all Maison 140 guests. The pool will also be open in August when Mosaic reopens.
3. Overnight guest parking is available on an outdoor surface lot immediately next to Maison 140 at a flat rate of $28/nightly. There is no overnight street parking in the city of Beverly Hills unless you have a residency parking permit.
I hope the information I provided is helpful. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
