We stayed here two nights late last month after a round the world trip. The hotel is beautiful, room very well appointed and the restaurant/bar was great too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The one downside was the cost for parking ($30 USD) per night - but from what i have been told this is very common for...

Not only is the Crescent a jewel of a hotel, with a friendly, and attentive staff, but their secluded patio is the perfect place for a romantic meal or a meeting friends. - The menu offers everything you'd expect in this part of the city, prepared to perfection!!

The reviews say it is small - they are not kidding!!! Everything in our room was tight, expected small but still unexpected this level of tiny somehow. There was wall to wall furniture to get in the expected pieces. Chair, desk, drawer unit, bed, nightstands, etc. The bed was very comfortable and had nice linens. Bathroom was very little, elbows...

All I could have expected for a stay in LA. Right in the heart of Beverly Hills, with a valet service right on its door, in a walking distance to Rodeo Drive and many great restaurants and bars, this hotel is wonderful. Has a very tasty decor. The room might be on the smaller side but it's usually what you...

Quite enjoyed this hotel-- newly renovated and very clean. The style of this hotel is modern comfort... very cool and different than other hotels in the area. Located in the middle of Beverly Hills, rooms are private and quiet. Restaurant and bar area was very convenient with delicious breakfast and lunch. The outdoor patio is lovely for a nightcap. Staff...

Staff are so helpful and polite. Guys in the bar were fantastic and went out of their way to make our experience fantastic. Really good location near Rodeo Drive. The rooms are really nice, exactly the sort of thing you'd expect from a boutique hotel. Loved the biscuits on check out and the guys from valet parking were superb. Can't...

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel in April for four nights to celebrate our birthdays, The location is excellent if you need to be in Beverly Hills. This is not a large hotel property, it is a boutique hotel. But it does offer some very nice amenities that make for a pleasant stay, like valet parking (which you are...

The hotel is very eclectic, it feels more like you're staying in a friends house. Bathrooms are very small and the room was fairly small, clean and trendy not polished and posh. The staff is attentive, and polite but not warm and fuzz, it's the Beverly Hills vibe. If you like trendy and funky you'll like it, if you are...

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This Beverly Hills hotel, a true boutique with just 32 rooms, is in the heart of Beverly Hills just 3 blocks from Rodeo Drive. The front palm lined terrace (breakfast, nibbles, tapas and dinner) faces Crescent Ave - a wide palm lined boulevard. Established in 1927 and newly renovated in 2013, the décor is casually Hollywood, like a comfy collection of styles from the studios' storehouse of set designs stretching from 1920 to 2013. The feeling is “at-studio-at-home” with a film designer’s whimsy. The terrace and lounge flow to create the hotel’s social hub, offering casual dining and a relaxing bar/lounge, punctuated by Beverly Hills chatter. Directly opposite the hotel are the historic offices of MCA Studios. Our hotel became MCA’s local choice, where a cadre of players would stay when in town. ... more   less
