The staffing felt like family. They were very friendly and very helpful. The suite room was huge. Bed was comfy. I would come back. This is very nice hotel, and I think you should give them a try. We travelled far for this trip.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. We stayed for one night with our small dog and this hotel is very pet friendly and there are a variety of fast food restaurants and gas stations in the immediate area. The room was comfortable and clean, and featured both a microwave and mini fridge, which came in handy and the free breakfast featured a variety of both hot and cold options. The 24-hour coffee station was a nice feature too. The only real issue we encountered was that it was really easy to hear our neighbors when they're talking in their rooms and there is a lot of road noise because there are busy streets nearby. I would suggest you bring your noise cancelling headphones or make use of the heating/cooling system to help cover the noise if you're not a heavy sleeper. The beds are super comfy and if the noise doesn't bother you, you'll wake up refreshed. For such a pet friendly hotel at a budget price, I'm surprised at how clean the property is throughout. They've got a great team who seems to care about what they do. The bathroom lighting was great for those of us who wear makeup! If you're staying more than one night, you will need fresh towels every day because there isn't really any place to hang them in between use. But the fixtures are modern and clean and the water pressure was just fine. I would stay here again if I were driving through on a road trip and needed a spot to crash for a day or two.

This was the last stop on our road trip before heading home. We were excited because it had a pool and the kids could swim. We were disappointed with the seating availability around the pool and that there were other patrons drinking and vaping in the spa area.

My stay at this hotel was very unpleasant due to a roach infestation. The room and hotel had the outward appearance of being very nice, however once in the room the roaches invaded the room. Adult roaches and baby ones. I had them to give me another room, the new room had the same problem. I was in Bakersfield for business and was unable to properly rest due to the roach infestation. When I woke up Wednesday morning there was a roach in the bed, the previous night I slept with the light on. I sincerely hope they do something about the roach problem. I will not stay here again.

This hotel was perfect after 8 hours on the road. Room comfortable, quiet, with a window that opened. Staff are very friendly and gave helpful advice. Hotel well kept up and nicely landscaped. Danny's is right there. I strongly recommend!!

During my stay on 4/24/22 my car was vandalized and I had items stolen. I was parked right by the side entrance to the hotel under the lights. My back passenger window was broken and things stolen. The hotel does not provide any security to its customers nor does it accept any liability when parking at their property. It is nice that they accept pets, however, NOT WORTH IT. Go somewhere else!!! The stairwell was dirty also - looked like it had never been cleaned.

This property is close to traffic, at least my room, though that didn't bother me. Breakfast was adequate, several options. Staff was excellent, the internet was poor, several times not even working!!
