The hotel has 17 rooms: 11 Standard, 4 Executive and 2 Junior Suites, all equipped with a King Size bed, convertible into 2 single beds; also some of the rooms have a sofa bed for multiple accommodations; Executive rooms offer a small balcony with views of Carrera 14 and the main square; minibar, flat screen TV with cable TV, long distance telephone service, internet access via Wi Fi, fax service, room service (room service), hot shower and power plant. For your enjoyment, we have a restaurant in the terrace area on the seventh floor open during the day, for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Central location in center of Armenia. Rooms are clean and very Adequate. The staff is super helpful. Enjoy breakfast on the top floor overlooking the park and stroll on the pedestrian shopping streets.

The location is right on the center of the main square. You can walk outside and visit restaurants, shops, churches and other things. It is easy to catch a taxi anywhere. There is a nice restaurant on the 7th floor which is open air and breakfast made to order. Very nice touch. Room was large with a very comfortable bed. There was a small desk and a table and chair near the corner window where you could see the mountains and the main square. It was not noisy at night the rooms are sound proofed.

I must say that traveling to Armenia for the first time I was a little intimidated. THIS Hotel will put your mind at ease, Manger lived in New Jersey for 15 years and Fluent in English. The service at this Hotel is Excellent, breakfast at the rooftop is GREAT!!! They even brought me Room service Breakfast on the day I left (2AM). If you stay anywhere other than here you will be disappointed. Marcos has his thumb on the pulse and immediately was Quick with solutions of any problems I had. I will be GLAD to come and stay again!! Thanks to the entire STAFF!!!!

Lovely room with balcony overlooking Plaza Bolivar. Great break after hostels . Shower with lots of hot water. Very comfortable bed with nice quality linens. Hotel staff were very helpful in giving travel information.

after staying in some very 'rustic' area hotels we needed a clean, air-conditioned, functional, 21st century option. as we approached Armenia we found this hotel, which was good luck. Rooms modern & clean, great A/C, sattelite TV, room service, breakfast on the roof level which was very good. Also the location to main shopping & restaurants was good. They offered parking which was actually off-site but not too far away- if this was a business trip might be too much but as vacation time not so impt. rooms kind of small but as compared to the country places we had been staying in just before, this was heaven!
