A Classic Scottish b&b Warm welcome. Lovely cosy rooms. Spotless bathrooms. Huge breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. All in all a great experience. Especially loved the tartan carpets :-) Highly recommended.

A warm welcome awaited ourselves and our 2 dogs. We stayed here on our journey to and from Gairloch. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast menu was excellent including a comprehensive vegetarian option. We would recommend this b and b without hesitation.

Myself and my husband stayed here for 4 nights during the Ryder Cup and what a fantastic choice it was. Mal was very helpful and even got up extra early to make us bacon sandwiches ready for us heading to Gleneagles at 5am which was very much appreciated. The B&B is in a beautiful location with a couple of pubs...

This was a super little find for our 'rest stop' on the way to and from Skye. The reception was very welcoming and Paul and Mal were quick to welcome us to their beautiful home. We stayed in the Forest Suite which is opulently decorated with views of their stunning garden. It was a very hot afternoon when we arrived...

Stayed over night on the 24/7/2014 on route to the Highlands with my family and West Highland Terrier. We booked the hotel only the week before and were very happy with the reception we received on arrival, the size of our family room and how clean it was. The garden is a good size and very splendid to sit in...

We stayed over for just one night as we were walking the Rob Roy Way. After climbing the Ben Ledi which is not far off and offers splendid views (ofcourse also a feeling of self-satisfaction when reaching the top), we were very happy to take a breather from the past ordeals. Mal was a very welcoming hostess and keeps a...

My wife and I stayed at Rosebank House in July 2014, seven years almost to the day since we last stayed. Our only regret is that we haven't returned sooner. Although it was only the two of us, this time we got the family room (Forest suite) because it was the only one available for our schedule. This room, actually...

Stopped off in Strathyre completely by chance on the way further north. We had a dog with us so this limited our choice, but we fell on our feet with Rosebank. After 300 miles it was great to walk through the gate in the garden, round the village tennis court and be in the woods and hills. Slept well and...

Only stayed one night as this was the B&B picked while on the Rob Roy Way. A beautiful lovely house. The rooms were spotless and the decorations just beaufiful. The warm friendly welcome after a long day was so nice. We were given two rooms which was a special treat. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this B&B.
