A unbelievable setting with the whole hotel surrounded by the sea. We booked basic rooms so were really pleased to open the windows and have the sea crashing onto the rocks below. They provided a good disabled room for my mum and the best hot chocolate that she says she has ever had. Lots of space to sit both inside... More

We recently stayed at the Parador de Baiona. The grounds are really nice, and the walk around the entire property is a really good hike for sure. Unfortunately the staff at reception could not care less. The wi-fi was just awful. (I had to ask for a different wi fi and had to sit in the lobby just to read... More

Stayed here one evening during our Camino. We were so looking forward to a good night sleep but this parador does not live up to all the hype. The beds are extremely hard. The term "AC" is used very loosely in Spain. Our room did not cool down at all. We did enjoy the breakfast as well as the view.

We were told that this was the best Parador but sadly the staff and cleanliness let it down Th staff were surly and just went through the motions. The main restaurant was not welcoming not helped by an argument between the maitre d and one of his staff. By contrast the Restaurante Enxebre A Pinta was excellent. The bathroom was... More

This parador was a dream, so beautiful the interior, the rooms very cozy (we got views to the see), the breakfast was rich with lot of variety, we didnt make it to eat in the restaurant couple of meters away, but apparently is a must if you want to eat good!! We just had a look inside and was smelling... More

This is a lovely property. I had room 105 on the ground floor. The window faced a courtyard.  If it had faced a public walkway, I would have felt unsafe. The room was large, comfortable with a queen size bed.   Bathroom was well appointed.  a/c is controlled by a switch near the bed.  I did not find the  afternoon reception... More

This place is quite something even by parador standards. It is a rebuilt medieval castle on a headland with spectacular 360 views from its ramparts. The building itself is beautiful and it has nice terraces, a pool outside and other spa facilities. It is 10 minutes from the centre of Baiona walking but there are two restaurants on site if... We went there to sit at the restaurant and enjoy the view. The food we tried was very good and the service very good. The hotel has a wonderful view. The only glitch was when we entered with our car and the man at the door told us to pay 5euro to enter and show us the receipt, if we... More

An absolutely sensational Parador (based on the site of an old castle, which was almost completely rebuilt in the 18th century) in a beautiful location at the end of a promontory, with beaches at either side of the start of the promontory. Most of the very comfortable and spacious rooms are in a more modern area of the building. Terrace... More

Visited the parador for a lunch. This place is absolutely worth visiting. Great views over the Baiona Bay of which I doubt it is called that way. Due to this unique place this restaurant is off course different from most restaurants when it comes to price. So don't go there for your daily pizza and beer.
