Upon check in, blonde reception lady was so unwelcoming and every time we asked something she was rather rude and unprofessional. No sign of family running hotel's warm welcome anywhere.

What is the public transport like, as we may not want to hire a car? Is it possible to hire a fridge? Many thanks
Dear Junemitch, On this website you will find all the information about public transport in Mallorca: tib At this moments there is no fridge in the hotel rooms but we can keep cold whatever you need in any of our fridges. Thank you!

Are the beds comfortable?
Mattress are pretty new and firm. If too hard we provide toppers to make them softer.

We stayed with you in 1987, we loved the ambiance . We would like to return in February or March from France. Can you let is know if you are open in February or March and if you have a navette at the airport to pick us up?
