1. Room arrangements and standards are okay.
2. Nice swimming pool, although being winter, not able to use it. But its open for all as per timings.
3. Walking distance from Brahma Mandir OR Pushkar lake.
When we arrived at Nav Ratan Palace, we weren't made welcome at all. The man behind the reception desk and his helper were so rude and very unhelpful. They wouldn't even look us in the eye. They just looked like they really hated there job....More

Room was hilarious,old built.Gate of bathroom was cheap and loose.Bathroom size was very small. Mattress was so hard that could cause you back pain. Food and pool were nice. The best thing is that it is very very close to Brahma Temple.
