Incredible stay was had. Professional and welcoming staff, gorgeous grounds, big cold pool, beautiful views, probably the best food we’ve had all trip in India - both the Indian food available & the wide range of western food available which I really needed due to having gut issues. The chef La La Jam deserves acknowledgement in that! And Mukesh Rawat provided great service to us. The beds are soft and comfortable and have duvets/doona’s which we loved as that can be rare to come across in India for accommodation. Probably had the best sleep here that we’ve had all trip. The women and men who maintain the grounds throughout the day are so friendly and warming - we felt so welcome and looked after. We leave tomorrow & just wish we could have stay longer!!!

We stayed in Gulaab Niwas Palace for one night (19-20 December 2022). The hotel is located just outside the town centre but within a pleasant 10-minute walk from the Holy Lake. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel has a big pool and large relaxing garden with turtles. Our best experience were the friendly staff: friendly and spontaneous to make us feel relaxed. Special compliments to the helpful gentleman at the reception, and to Mahendra Sing, Anita and Ajay who served our breakfast, made with organic ingredients from the palace’s gardens. Mahendra, Anita and Ajay explained us the various Indian breakfast dishes and gave us a very personal service. In conclusion: warmly recommended hotel for stays in Pushkar!

We booked this property in a rush not knowing what are we getting into.
The booking was made due to the phone call i had made to the hotel and the opposite voice ensuring me of a nice stay at their property.
Gulaab Niwaas, actually felt like an old world charm. Beautiful arches, dramatic staircase, art displayed throughout the palace. The entire property was surrounded with lush green lawns and plenty of trees and plants.
Early morning time, surrounded with hills from all sides, breakfast being served by the pool side with beautiful Indian folk music playing in the background. It felt Surreal.
Virendra Singh Bhati, was the voice on the opposite of phone who convinced us to stay in Gulaab Niwas. We were so glad that we made the right choice.
Also, talking about the service of the hotel. I had forgotten my money in the room (it was quite a lot of money). I realised the money was short when we were 5 hours away from the property. I made a call to Virendra, he found the money in the room and it was safely handed over to me after 2 days. Thank you to this person, he really made my day and we had wonderful memories to carry with us.

They asked me sir send your address they will courier my wife's clothes. And they sent my wife's clothes on 12/12/23 by Anjani Courier and also sent to me courier receipt on my WhatsApp No. Very very thank you of Mr. Virendra Singh Bhati and Mr. Ajay Singh for your kind of this act.

A serene place away from lake yet close too (around 700 mt.) Construction is old but quite good in a regal way. The owner even keeps a horse at the site in a separate enclosure. Rooms are spacious and the balcony is overlooking the town and Pushkar Lake, presents a beautiful view, specially in the evening when the city lights are on. Food is excellent and was customised according to our needs. Special mention of the staff, Sonu, who took extra care to make it compliant for my wife who is gluten and dairy intolerant. The garden and the pool present a majestic view. Front office staff was courteous and helping so was the support staff at the gate. Mattresses were comfortable.
Cons: linen was not up to the mark, have turned stiff because of excessive cleaning with chlorine. Bathroom could have little better lighting. No hanging place for the clothes in the bathroom. Only hotel that gives you moisturiser, half filled in the bottle.

I had bookings from 03rd to 05th January at the hotel, but then due to some reason, we planed to reach a day early at the Pushkar. On my request, Mr Virendra reserved a room for me for 2nd January at the same rate in which i had done my earlier bookings. Online rates were too high for 02nd Jaunary. There is no dout in the hospitality and service provided by Mr Virendra at the reception desk.
All the staffs, room service, house keeping along with the watch man at the main gate were very friendly and cordial towards the guests.
Room was good in the size, clean, attached balcony, though my room didnt have any view as such. Pool also looked good, bonfire in the winter evening along with the live wood fire pizza are all plus point of the hotel. Hotel is also at a very convenient distace from the main pushkar ghat, temple and market. The evening aarti is clearly audible at the garden area of the hotel.
The stay was value for money and there is no regret for choosing this hotel at all!!

I had a wonderful stay at Gulaab Niwaas Palace in Pushkar. The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the town, lakes and temples, offering a stunning view from the balcony. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with colonial-style furniture and modern amenities. The staff are very courteous, helpful and attentive, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The food at the restaurant is delicious, especially the vegetarian dishes and Woodfired pizza. The pool is also a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pushkar for its hospitality, location and value for money.
Would like to thank Virendra Singh for the utmost care he took of me and my family.

A group of 8 friends including myself stayed at Gulaab Niwas for 5 nights during the Holi Festival celebrations. None of us could speak more highly of our experience here. The location was an easy walk away from the bustling streets of Pushkar surrounding the lake. The feeling of returning to the palace after wandering through the city was very pleasant. Every member of the staff here was genuinely welcoming and accommodating, they took such great care of us. The food from the kitchen here was as good as it gets, and the kitchen staff, led by Mahendra was very enjoyable to interact with. Thank you all for making our stay in Pushkar unforgettable. We didn’t want to leave, and hope to return again someday. I would absolutely recommend that anyone visiting Pushkar should stay here at Gulaab Niwas Palace.

Very nice property and well behaved staffs. Ms Anita at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Good property to visit. The rooms are very good with beautifully decorated furnitures. One advice to the hotel, please provide atleast two litres of water bottles for two persons as two 500ml bottles are too less for two persons.

We were received with utmost hospitality in this splendid dream palace, with namaste from the three people at the reception and cold drinks much appreciated after a long drive from Jaipur. Good restaurant, with lunch, dinner and breakfast served by a very nice Joya, very attentive to our tastes, and Karan accompanied us to the illuminated garden in the evening to take exceptional photos. Mukesh was also very kind. Stunning view of the lake and the town from the balcony and outside terrace, from where you could follow the Aarti from a distance in complete tranquility. We will be back....
