It was a happy, comfy and lovable stay and experience. Ms krishna from front office, mr mansingh from engeeniring, mr sonu , mr devendra, mr arvind rajendra and sumit all were great they have a great job and a big big thanks to mr. Balveer choudhary who has helped me in making reservation and thanks a lot for the lovely decoration in room, m sorry I dint communicated with the housekeeping staff too much as dint get time but still big thanks to u guys u have done such a great job the only thing there were no bar was a bit disappointing and i guess guests should get the call about the buffet info and timings and there should be a night menu which can work at night it is very dissappinting that room service and restro everything closes at 10:30 pm after that ull not get anything but as i felt if someone is checking in fr celebration or for relax they will need some light food. Sardar ji(mr pratham) in breakfast seemed little rude and busy on call but it doesnt give a nice impression he totally ignored us at the time of request for tea as if he doesnt was interesting serving us but the call was preference. A little bit more cleanliness will be appreciated as after the room was closed all the time there were some insects on bed . elseeverything was great the staff was very polite always ready to help. Thanks guys for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Awesome set up by the team for celebrating my anniversary . hospitality wise was awesome . helpful staff from check in to check out . Food was really tasty , service is very top class . have a wonderful stay... really this was my 2nd anniversary after lockdown , never thought that it will be so best and memorable for me and my wife . the table was setup near the pool never had such good experience and really it is worth what we have paid of it .

We had a excellent and wonderful experience. Best hospitality and services given by the Edhatu team. Surprise Live singing during roof top dinner is cheery on the top. Location and ambience of property is great food is just amazing😍😍.. Will recommend everyone to stay in this property if you are visiting pushkar.

“Everything was perfect, There was nothing that we could complain about, From the moment we checked in, Everything was perfect. We had high expectations as we work in the hospitality industry, but its safe to say that the staff exceed our expectations. The room was very modern looking and clean. The housekeeping service was top notch everything we requested for was delivered in minutes. We had a chance to to talk to a lot of staff, They were really friendly and professional. In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Balveer Choudhary, Abhishek and our friend who works at the rooftop (Unfortunately we could not get his name). These people really helped us with everything. Sahdev to the management team for building such an excellent team. We miss them all very much”

During the time from check in through check out the the staff response was very. We stayed heritage room category. Room was clean and out side view from the room was very pleasant. Restaurant staffs are very polite and the food was tasty . The best thing was the arrangement of the candle light dinner set up was awesome thank ful to the manager and the Ravi chef who make it most memorable dinner for us . Cheers to all … me and my wife enjoyed a lot..

Few couples stayed there as a marriage party.Wonderfull place and built like a palace. Staff was cooperative. But mostly couple felt one or other facility was missing in rooms . eg refrigerator were missing in many rooms and a big problem in this summer season. which could n't be supplied by staff even in stay of 3 days, Hudge bathroom with glass wall were beautiful but without curtains .To se hugging is not a romantic thing .
Iron/dental kit/shaving kit were missing in rooms Some time these small unwanted savings by hotel speak loudly.
But still i would love to stay in this hotel in future. Hotel Management should improve such small things for better prospectives.

Will ask travellers to stay away from this hotel. Such a beautiful property, but pathetic service. They did not change the linen of the room before we checked in, just made the bed using used linen by the previous guests, it was smelly and full of hairs. Brought it to the notice of staff members, and they accepted they had used dirty linen, as they were short of bedsheets n pillow covers. They replaced it with clean ones which was still wet. Had to ask again. How could they do this during covid times, when they are supposed to sanitise the room before anew guest checks in, they had the audacity to use used linen, and thought they could get away with this. This hotel needs to be managed properly.

One of the most amazing property as well as hospitality. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. Their mahajara suite is one of the best in India with 3 bathrooms, 2 bath tubs and an outdoor jacuzzi.
