stayed for 3 nights. Very good resort. Chef Gaurav and manager Pankaj offered personalized services which was great. Kudos u both. Keep up the good work. Food is good. Breakfast lavish. Just one concern - Glasses kept for serving juices were not thoroughly cleaned during breakfast. Hope u will take care of this also

Such a perfect place to be at when u are seeking a visit to Ajmer or Pushkar. Absolutely perfect property, spacious, clean, and candid to eyes. Hospitality offered by hotel staff including Ms.Urmila Sharma ( Loyalty Executive) is highly appreciative; They take care of the smallest needs of their guests, really appreciate the way this property is maintained. Our stay in Westin was a truly memorable one. Starting from check in by Avinash & Urmila was quick & smooth. We really missed Mr sudanshu as he was on leave. Mr Vikas the Gm of the hotel had given us our preferred pool villas & sweet surprises in our rooms and assured us about the sanitisation of our rooms. Saddam took our luggage to the rooms and showed us around .The room was top notch. Mr Umesh restaurent manager looked after us in the breakfast which was truly appreciated by all. Anshul in the bar prepared us some refreshing drinks and took care of our needs. Chef Ashwapal prepared lovely starters & food for all of us remembering our likings & preferences from our previous trip & surprised us by excellent & hygenically prepared food . We checked in on the 3rd of August and checked out on August 6. We had booked a royal villa with private pool for our stay. 1. Upon arrival in the room there were no masks or hand sanitisers as compared to other hotels of the same category. 2. The weather was rainy but there were no umbrellas given. 3. Moreover, the cleanliness in the room was a huge concern. There were sand and mud particles all over the floor even after the house keeping cleaned the room. 4. Upon calling the housekeeping to clean the room they said "you will need to stay in the room while we clean it." I have never heard this in any hotel of the world. 5. The private pool was very dirty and when we asked them to get it cleaned it took them more than 24 hours to get it cleaned and hence we had to change our room and get it downgraded. 6. We went to the bar to get a drink and asked the bar tender to make one for us. the bar tender said he didn't know how to make the drink so we asked him to call us while making the drink so that we could assist him. His manager Mr. Munulal came asked him to make the drink without proper knowledge. Mr. Munulal also refused to take our order for dinner since it wasn't on the buffet that day even though we were ready to pay separately. He was very uncourteous. 7. The water in the shower and bath tub stopped flowing on the last day just before checking out so we couldn't take a bath properly. 8. Upon complaining about the services and food, the assistant manager Mr. Avinash made tall claims and kept on talking but didn't have any authority over the hotel staff. Even the head chef seemed to make tall claims and promised to serve us special breakfast the next morning, but to our surprise the next morning he vanished. To sum it all up it is a highly pathetic place to stay and even if they give free rooms please do not go.

Went for a 1 night stay at the Westin Pushkar amidst the covid pandemic. We were a group of four friends and booked a luxury villa with 2 queen beds and a private pool. The hotel and room was disappointing. We were escorted to our room 205 upon check in and upon entering we spotted a lizard and fly’s in our room. We were assured pest control would turn up to sort this out which did not happen the whole night. Room service has a very limited menu with ok food quality. Prices are exorbidant. Extremely limited menu after 11 PM. The pool is an extension of the washroom and this room category is not suitable for a group of friends. Cannot use the toilet if using the pool as no locks. Rooms are not pre equipped with basics like dental kits and towels, all provided only on request. No turn down service. After using the pool whole bedroom area was messy and housekeeping came only after several calls.
When called for clearing room service utnesils, we were told to keep them outside the room and they would be picked up later !
Most importantly, No sanitisation protocol being followed. At breakfast , tables were congested with no social distancing measures and no hand sanitisation while entering the restaurant . No sanitisers provided in the room or on restaurant tables. Breakfast was horrible. I have travelled extensively and stayed at a lot of branded properties worldwide, but this hotel is far away from the standards of a luxury 5 star.

Unfortunately, a lot of people already comment here before that hotel cant ve rated as 5 star hotel. Lets stick to the facts: Upon arrival we wait for check in till 16:20 !!!as rooms were not ready. First minus! As room was not ready we decide to spend time close to swimming pool. As nobody show interest to provide pooltowels, we search staff and ask for towels. As you can see from the photos, which kind of towels we got, dirty with kind of spots on it. Another minus! When we got rooms we realizes that floor was extreamly dirty - you can see from another photos. Another minus! Curtains alao was dirty and with white color spots. One more minus! One more is special moldy smell - take this into account. And the biggest issue - same time hotel was rented for some party and no any prewarnibg from managment was provided and we must to leave with this HUGE noise from 12:00 till 02:00 a.m. This is really unproffesional. BUT! We want to thank Seasonal restaurant staff, and especially Chiefs and Lovely waitress Nira, who make our life better and provide us fantastic taste dinner and breakfast and really proffesional service. This is only one plus of this hotel, where managment, based on many comments here, dont really care or cant manage listed above requirements for five star hotel. Sad!

Westin Pushkar and Resorts is one of the best properties you can find in and around Pushkar. Located hardly 30 minutes away from the Brahma temple and other adventure activities like Camel rides/Jeep rides/Ropeway, this property appeals to more than one kind of traveller. I visited this property along with my wife in December 2020 to celebrate our anniversary. Ram at the front desk was very courteous and polite. He gave us a wonderful hand written note and a cake which we both enjoyed.
The property is huge( I guess 15 acres) and is an experience in itself. It has a very big lawn, a gym, a spa centre and even a private theater.
The service (except in restaurant) is praiseworthy and the premises are clean and looked hygienic.
The only area of improvement could be the food. The food is strictly average with a couple of excellent dishes (in every lunch/dinner buffer we had). The service staff, although courteous, were just overwhelmed given the number of guests which would leave your order to be brought late mostvof the times thus rendering your breads or starters cold by the time they made way to the table. On the other hand, given its location, their in house restaurant is your best choice and I will recommend you book it in your package

Big thanx to Westin Pushkar for making our special day so much memorable, the property is beautiful , eco Freindly and luxury villa we were staying could really be there USP , even its friends family or couple this room is perfect for all . The room has a indoor pool which is much bigger and luxurious comparing to other hotels in Rajasthan , and it will mesmerise you when you wake up for breakfast and you see it floating in your private pool . A big big thanx to URMILA for getting our room beautifully decorated ,welcoming us with so much warmth and escorting us to our room and making my partner feel joyful with birthday song really takes courage to sing it all alone. If you are planning a trip to Pushkar or a weekend outing, don't bother looking beyond Westin! Our kids did not want to come back home after they were spoilt with unlimited in-house activities at the resort including Camel, horse and toy train rides, kids play area, swings, game room(Pool, TT, Carrom) and the awesome movie theatre! While the kids had their share of fun, we had a good time at the happy hours, live music and sometimes just plain relaxing without having to keep an eye on the kids. The staff was simply amazing, Muskan and Mohsin helped us throughout our stay and made our visit super comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with elaborate buffet spread and the staff going out of their way to help with food for kids! Akash and Mithun provided the best possible service, and were very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and luxuriously furnished, with option of bathtub or indoor pool. The villas are spread across the resort amongst a very green campus, and offer complete privacy and zero disturbance.

I would say that the hotel team is taking this pandemic situation seriously, can't say about the guests. I also went with my 20 month baby and we had a wonderful stay.
There are more places to choose from in the Pushkar area.
