Hotel comforts plaza is good and well made hotel. Location is also good. But services are average. Rooms are dirty. When I was staying then my room was quite dirty. That is why I want to say that one night is right.

Booked a room here via booking.com for one night on the 16/11/17. Upon arrival we were turned away because we were 'foreign'. When I asked: "Are you racist?", The manager simply laughed at me. I couldn't believe that this day in age could someone be turned away from a hotel because of their race, religion or nationality! Absolutely shocking! This place is not a hotel, they are a racist institution. I have reported them to booking.com and they will be thoroughly investigated for racism!!!!!

The hotel is located near Van Vihar national park... Unmarried couples are not allowed and also valid ID proof are required to stay in this hotel...I liked the security and service of the hotel...Ac room with 24 hours hot and cold water running in bathroom with coffee maker is also there in the room...
