Negative points 1. No parking place, on the busy market area and narrow road. 2. Water quality is poor, redder in colour, hard water Positive points 1. Very clean and specious room and bath room. 2. Friendly stuff, very helpful, room was ready at 4am early in morning on our call, help to provide traveller number for cab booking. 3. Food is average and homely test, very cheaper. 4. Help to book auto to drop us in railway station. Initially we book it for two days, 1st day we tour in sanchi and udaygiri caves, next day we move to bhimbethka and bhoj pur, cab charge for two days was 5000 Rs, we had spend another day in this hotel, but there was no booking we made a call for next day early morning booking and they agreed and arrange for room at 4am, also provide us packed dinner for train.

Although we selected the room on price and vicinity to the train station (we were here en route to Sanchi), and the walk from the station isn't great (open sewers, lots of garbage) my heart sank as we found the hotel, and climbed the dingy dark stairs, wondering what this was going to be like.
It took five people to check us in (and we appeared to be the only people staying) and pretty much everyone had to look at the online booking details on my phone. There's a wifi router at the reception (which is close to rooms 101 and 102). We were given 102.
Wow. It matches the pictures on the internet! Seriously! A small seating area with two new (and clean) sofas. a flat screen TV on the wall. Recessed lighting. A separate area for a wardrobe and dressing area. A huge bed (although the sloping footer was a calf beater) - with new mattress and clean sheets and blankets. Two fans. Air Con.
A new bathroom with a rainfall shower head (not quite enough water pressure to fulfill its name, but..) and lukecold water is my only complaint.
The internet worked in the room. The room was great. The shower ok. So don't let the entrance approach put you off. And if the hotel could inform the check out staff who has pre paid then it would make leaving much easier..

Cheater! This is the word which is appropriate for the owner of the hotel adarsh palace. We have booked 8 rooms before 3 months for 15 & 16 october. But on 15 evening when we reached the hotel,they said that they have arranged another hotel for us. That another hotel(just like hell) is just pathetic! In our group,there are 70% senior citizens. But still they provide 6 rooms on 2nd floor & only 2 rooms in 1st floor. No lift and upstairs is very narrow. After all there are no western style! We have requested them to arrange something else but still there was no response. They have compelled us to stay in that hotel that night. We were just felling helpless that night and we have nothing to do. They have cheated us! Shame,shame!!!

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Bhopal for tourist purposes and is with family. The Hotel is situated in a very narrow lane in a Market called Azad Market which is a very congested wholesale market in Bhopal. Its mostly used by low scale businessmen who need a spend a night. The approach is bad and dirty and even the room was. There are pan spits every where and the entire place looks so shady. I was fooled into buying nights into this hotel which were non-refundable through yatra.com. I arrived at night and was shocked to see the state of the hotel. Both the Hotel and Yatra refused to provide me with a refund knowing well that it is not suitable for families. I had send them photos and proofs of my experience but they dint even acknowledge and dismissed my refund citing 'No show'. I left after a point as it was not worth fighting for.I had to venture out in the night to search for a place to stay and it was a nightmare.

Unbelievable rates acc to services at suit room cab which was arranged by hotel came on time
truly value for money hotel good.

I was in Bhopal for a meeting and needed to spend like a few hours near the railway station before I head back to my own city. I checked for various options and Adarsh Palace seemed to have good visibility on the internet.
This hotel is at max decent to be frank. Do not expect luxury at the price you are paying for. Many of the rooms got recently renovated and look okay for the amount paid. I booked via Yatra and stayed for 2 hours at the hotel. The checkin checkout process was smooth.
It is located near to the railway station and an auto would take 40-50 rupees to drop you. As mentioned in even other reviews, it is located in a market in narrow lanes and is on 2nd floor (lift is available).
Overall, I think it was not a bad decision since I required a room just for resting and catching up on emails. The scenario maybe different for people with family or those who want to stay for multiple nights.

The hotel is in old market and in galli, nearly all autowala knows it. From station they will charge at max 40 INR. The rooms where spacious n cleaned(dont not expect 5star treatment) but it bestest at the price. The room had a separate sitting area with sofa and TV. We stayed on 201 with has windows also at 800 per day is very good price with 200 add in for AC.
