Hotel is located at central part of Bhopal. All markets nearby. Staff are very helpful. However, hotel rooms need substantial improvement. The decor of the room is poor. In my room, one switch was broken, two sockets had no power, etc.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel is extremely prompt and friendly line. The food of Amer is famous and is great as always.
The location of the hotel is great as it is centrally located. You can hail cabs and autos right at the doorstep. The highlight I guess is the Bakery that is attached to the hotel premise. You can always look out for tasty pastries and donuts at the end of every meal
