I stayed in R K regency for an official meeting. The experience was good and it was worth for what they charge. The rooms were clean and the staffs were OK. I had some hiccup in getting access for internet and getting air conditioning working. The only drawback what I found was unavailability of restaurent in the locality. Other than that the stay was good. The in house restaurant was and room service is way expensive.i would reccomend stay and have food from outside. The break fast provided was fine with fruits, dosa, parathas, and sweets and bread with butter and jam.

This hotel is located at a very prime location. Airport and VIOP road are accessible in few min from here. Once can stay here. We took a stopover here and didnot opted for the food services . Rest everything was good

Stayed In R. K. Regency for two nights. The rooms are fair sized. The centrally air-conditioned room has amenities like flat TV and electronic safe. The hotel does not provide Tea-coffee maker in the room. The toilet was clean with basic toiletries provided. The design of the toilet is not good. The Shower and bathing area is first and then the commode as a result the whole area remains wet and watery for a long time and causes inconvenience. Room Service needs to improve. Free wi-fi is available signal is not bad. quality and taste of food is decent. For breakfast, more variety should be there. Only Veg breakfast is served. Hotel seems to be on outskirts of Bhopal city.

Please stay out of this dingy dirty hotel. The room we got had spit marks on our closet and washbasin, linens were dirty and smelling, no AC. We asked for a room change, which they did after lot of stupidity to a room where again they didnt switch on the AC. They should shut this place down. Run down hotel, useless staff, dirty rooms and hallways. I didn't have the courage to try their food. 4 Star is a joke. If you want to not fall sick stay away from this place

Stayed there for a marriage with my family... Shocked to see the hygiene quality in the hotel.. Lizard was there in the room when contacted and informed the manager of the hotel..he says its common as the climate is food..food is tasteless.. A similar kind of experience was observed by other family members also..the manager was abusive...avoid this hotel at any cost

We stayed in RK Regency for a night and it is clearly the worst hotel experience we have had! Starting from booking when they started making rude calls asking for 50% advance payment to the actual stay experience, it has been the most forgettable experience for me and my family. The service levels were pathetic...Even the basic drinking water I'm the room was provided after 1 hour and after 3 follow up calls. We had booked a quadruple room but on check in the hotel informed us that the room was not available and they would compensate by providing us one more double room. We realised later that it wasn't really any compensation as the a.c in that room was not working and despite numerous calls and false promises on behalf of the hotel, the a.c was non functional throughout the night! To make matters worse, the hotel had a party going on on the same floor in which there were several rooms including the ones in which we were staying. The party with loud music went on till 1pm and the hotel was most unapologetic about it when I pointed out that the law does not permit them to play loud music beyond 11! It was a nightmarish experience for our entire family except for the one hour in the rooftop restaurant where we had dinner and where the staff was most helpful and good was very good. The rooms despite being in the heart of Bhopal do not have mobile signal and the hotel could not give us any wifi connectivity! Even basic amenities found in any hotel these days like electric kettle is not there! The less spoken of the complimentary breakfast the better! Please avoid this hotel unless spending the night on the footpath is your only option!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days for one of my friends marriage. Hotel staff was polite and room service was quick. Neat and tidy rooms. TV connection was a bot disappointing. No fault of hotel management though. The function hall was good and food served was okay. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Bhopal.

Rooms are clean but linen is not. Service quality is okay. Bathrooms are good but no toiletries provided. Breakfast is quite limited & tasteless. since the restaurant is not to standard, room service is also.
