A short stay, but Samim in the lounge on the 4th floor was a welcome smile at the end of a long day. Check in was a little confused but they worked hard to find my member number. Overall, a really good visit and I would recommend the stay as a good way to be based in Bhopal.

The exe lounge on the 4th floor is a great place to unwind after a hard day's work with some delectable snacks and a drink. Plush well lit with a nice view. Well appointed and decorated the icing on the cake is the superb personalized service by Shamim. Keep up the good work!

I’m a regular at this hotel. I visited last in March 2023 and now recently, on two occasions in November 2023. I’ve been rating this hotel at 5 stars on all counts in the past. This is the first time that I’m lowering the status to four stars. While the overall standard of the hotel is still good, and the location is great, I found the following areas for improvement: In room 219, for example, the hot water and cold water pipes are interchanged in the washbasin. So when one expects hot water, opening the water towards the hot water side provides cold water, and vice-versa. The gym has deteriorated significantly since March. One of the elliptical machines was out of order, the handles of the other elliptical was sticky, and the exercise mats need replacement. The resident trainer is very good and knowledgeable! On the lobby floor, the restrooms need better maintenance - maybe because of the extensive use by mall users, this might have deteriorated. The staff however, is as courteous and responsive as always, and it’s a pleasure to stay here just because of them!!!…

I stayed in this hotel for two days while on business trip . First the positives … location is great adjoining mall and heart of city , very good view of city from hotel … rooms are ok . What sissaponred me was service as we had got struck in lift to ten minutes and first there was no phone on lift but we could get in touch with reception and way it was handled was very bad . Lift stopping can be unnerving for some and hotel needs to act prompt .

Lovely location Rooms Ambience great.. No problem at all,allowed us early check in too as we had meetings scheduled.. Good ambience and hospitality everything is very good. Sam Johnson knows how to make guest comfortable and recommended best options ,serves so well. Recommend a visit once you are in Bhopal. If you have a sweet tooth then try tiramisu and kheer.
