Over all decent budget place to stay for few days.
Food is OK, but the choices are limited except, if you are OK with paranthas.
Staff efficient but not so customer oriented.
You can very well finish your all office work from hotel being near to all the printer shops, good quality printing and speed post services. You can arrange the meeting also in conference room.

The hotel looks old & tired and is in desperate need of renovation. Most of the decor elements are extremely loud and dated.
The staff is mostly clueless and thus making it even more difficult to get anything done through them. The breakfast spread is exceptionally poor and the taste doesn't come anywhere close to compensate for the same.
There were some items added items to my bill that I had not consumed and was later offered to consume them later as the bill was already punched in!
There is a huge issue of mosquitoes in the hotel which no real solution for the same.
Sound proofing is a huge issue in the hotel, you can hear the occupant in the next room chatting in his room, in the middle of the night!
I would definitely not want to go back to the hotel.
Staff is polite compared to other hotels but not trained at all. Extremely poor manaegement services by reception staff.... Food is good and reasonaly priced but portions are very small.
Fairly expenssive compared to other simillar hotels. Food is purely veg
They have a travel desk managed remotely by someone not sitting there and the gentlemen on travel desk is least informed. Hotel can mess up airport transfer.
Over all no great shakes about this hotel.
