Went to Shambhala for lunch on a friend's recommendation. Well maintained property which brings you close to nature......what I loved the most that my pup enjoyed it there too. Beautiful ambience , good food and courteous staff. Loved the swings there too.

No privacy and the chef needs some manners. We booked villa and we paid extra for no entry for other guests but to our surprise as we entered there were various people inside villa clicking pictures. We waited for an hour to let the staff handle the issue but to no avail. Post 1 hour we literally had to ask them to ask the other guests to give our privacy. Day after ie today again there was event in the resort and people were roaming inside villa in fact one of them even attend his complete online meeting in the dining area of villa.

I lunch we called the chef that what special you can make for us in dinner to which extremely rudely he said ‘no menu mein hai wohi milega’ and left with rolling eyes.

Other staff were good and well behaved. But it is better to avoid the place if you are looking for privacy and if you think that if you book a villa it will be your villa for the time you stay.

One of the best farm properties near bhopal..a wonderful place to stay with family..the property has something to offer for everyone in your family..i travelled with my family and we haf a memorable trip.. the plantations, the kids activity zone, the pool, the bon fire, variety of birds and beautifully crafted rooms give a very royal feel.. since only a few rooms are there, so it gives more sense of privacy and feel that you own the entire property..the delicious food and everything in the offering just spoils you choices..
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants have a short trip with friends and family and one who is nature lover..

On double confirming with the hotel about the pool is in use and workable, the pool was in horrible condition .... Even animals won't be able to use it. Food service is very poor. Air conditioner was so loud that we thought that some generator was being used and no proper solution was there for it for our 2 days stay. My Advice to avoid it if possible.

Stay away and be happy.

DONT GO.

5 problems: Cheap Rooms, Unprofessional Staff, Pathetic Service, Unhygienic, Rude Behaviour.
1 solution: DONT GO.
I visited the hotel for a celebration. We booked two rooms. One room was okay, the other was pathetic. The presentation of hotel in photos is different, and what we get after we reach is completely different. No view, no privacy in room. One room was right in front of reception or public hall.
The staff behaviour is worst and unprofessional. I tried to speak to the manager over the room issues, but this behaviour and way to speaking is even more worst. They don’t know how to talk to there customers, or solve there problems.
After the room check in, we visited the pool just to find out how poorly and unhygienic pool was. It was not at all cleaned, and after stating, the cleaning the pool after almost 1hr.
Later in the evening, we had dinner. The very first order in soup, we found hair. Again, unhygienic. Slow service, each item was taking at least 30mins after order.
I had an early check out as
I had a flight, but one to attend for billing. I had to wait & delay my checkout for at least 1hr.
Please don’t go. Save your money. There are many more properties you can explore and save the blunder you’ll face here.
One suggestion for hotel; please don’t give the ground floor room to any customer, it’s not at all good.
