The staff, service, cleanliness all were great. They offer free use of their water park - any number of times. Water park is good for small kids as this has very limited activities - slides, and pool. Small kids will enjoy. Adults can also slide and have fun. Only improvisation suggested is to the lunch and dinner. Taste was good, but varieties could've been more.

We stayed at kishkinda resorts for three nights and could regret the decision more. Although the property is nicely located with a natural stream flowing right through the resort. However, if you are expecting service levels or refinement as the price would warrant, forget it! you would not even get water even after multiple reminders. Absolute mockery of guest service in all forms. It is exactly like a cheap state government run place...that has good location and pathetic service to speak of. The water park water is absolute green in color which tells about the lack of any form of up keep. They start the slides for water park only after you plead with them multiple times, no response on their own. One of the kids in our group got a deep cut in his foot from some sharp object (god knows what) that was there on the pool floor, a broken tile or some metal object....ruining the entire trip for us. Again, no ownership for this..... or any form of corrective action trying to remove that item.... :( so we did not go back in that pool again, scared someone else may get hurt They serve food (breakfast and dinner) only for one hour, if you miss that window..... no respite.... go to hell is what they will tell you ..... without verbally saying it.... Food quality is sub standard..... very limited menu items and ...... there was no paneer in paneer curry :) Overall, you can go here for the location, and that's about it... everything else will make you sick everytime you interact with the staff. For the price they charge, its definitely a no no.....

The best thing about this hotel is its location - absolutely secluded and surrounded by farms, So abundant fresh air and no noise. Coming to the property in general, looking at it, it does gives you a feel that once upon a time it was a flourishing resort, but now the condition is not good. Probably lack of business during COVID times have prevented proper maintenance. There's a water park inside the premises, but not maintained properly. The WORST thing that I saw here was blatant ignorance about the use pf plastic bottles. They are just ruining such a beautiful area by disposing off all plastic bottles in the near by stream and the area around it. My rating of poor is just because of this reason. Coming to the rooms, the rooms were pretty big and spacious. But the AC could not be regulated, the remote didnt work. And the AC did make a lot of noise. Bathroom was not very well maintained. Food quantity was okay but the quality was very average. Overall I would say, you can go for this as the last option if nothing else is available in Hampi. Its not a value for money considering the amount of money they charge.

The resort is far away from civilisation.. the approach road is pathetic.. there was no WiFi or mobile network in that area..the rooms have no windows to allow daylight.. all the Electricals , restroom is very old style.. they have an ancient picture tube TV with hardly any channels worth seeing.. on the whole bad experience.. we cut short our stay by one day.. but they forced us to pay full

thanks to writing review. due to pandemic the entire tourism was fallen in to bottom stage , each and every hotel , resort, hospitality industry is struggling to come in to normal position with huge burden of cost. lot of time required to come in to the normal position. the tourist must support and co operate to hospitality industry to save tourism. industry was named best service to customers, but the situation was bad and each day is struggling to come for maintenance, business, to run the hotel smooth, unfortunately expected tourist not coming up.

This place is not in Hampi and completely secluded. The map shows that its nearby but if you check directions it will tell you about 21 kms to Hampi. If you are visiting Hampi for the archeological sites then staying here is not helpful at all. The resort has potential but it is not well maintained either, rooms are dirty.

thanks to writing review and feedback, all most all the Resorts are located not in hampi, and all surround hampi, our Resort is 20 kms from Hampi across Tungabhadra River. and 7 kms to Anegundi unesco world heritage monuments. due to lockdown all most all hotel and resorts yet to recover the maintenance. so this take another 3 months to come in to normal position. the tourist must support and help to save tourism.

We had stayed in the property for 2 nights and we are happy with the accommodation. However quality of food they offer is very poor, specially veg. Also, if you pay by credit or debit cards they ask you to pay 2% extra. Overall I suggest you can book your stay here but make sure to eat outside and withdraw sufficient cash to make payment.

We arrived here due to the fact that all homestays on Hippy island had been closed and were being dismantled. The park is approx 3kms outside of Hampi but this was not a problem since the staff organised tuktuks or mopeds when we needed them.Staff very friendly, ins some cases over friendly. The ongoing obsession of selfies with western women is actually offensive. Rooms are adequate but basic, breakfast is included in the price. if you want high western standards then don;t stay here , we were backpacking and this was perfect for us. Food was good and of a good value. Would recommend it just for the setting. It has it's own water park, yes the pools are not crystal clear, but they are fed from the dam above the resort and the water is always flowing. We used the water slides and no one became ill because of the water..

I staid in the the Kishkinda resort in January 2020. The circular rooms look charming, but are very basic, especially the bathroom is not okay according to European standards. The swimming pool is very large, but so very dirty. Dark green and smelly water. Worst is the kitchen in the backyard. I have seldom seen such a dirty, unsanitary place.
