We had a wonderful experience at Club Mahindra, Dharamshala. The moment we entered we were greeted by such warmth. They did arti and served us with welcome drink. The check in was seamless and the hospitality of staff was impeccable. As it was my birthday next day they even arranged beautiful setup outdoors with flowers, candles, cake and barbeque. And made my day extra special. In all we had a great experience.

Had a gla time as always at CM DHARAMSHALA. The moment one enters the premises oe is in seventh heaven. You name a facet of hospitality and superb is the word. Mr Vikas tge Boss is real leader.... Mr Srivastava the Chef is too good,... Whole staffis always smiling and cheerful. Icing on tge cake is Nisha, the activity leader... We always enjoy her interactive games, karaoke sessions... CM resort is very badly maintained. The rooms are horrible. The sofas were stained so we have to change. Everything about this place is bad. It’s not hygiene. The outdoor activity we purchased the Gypsy jeep broke down. Very risky it’s life threatening to do it in this kind of vehicle. The staff was negligent. Except he Chef Anuj everything else is a disaster. This place is a black mark to the great brand like Mahindra

A very good and comfortable stay overall. Resort was well located and maintained. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were very helpful providing prompt service. Holiday activities were very good. We enjoyed the River Safari and Triund Trek, thanks to Ms. Nisha for arranging our outdoor activities. Overall a great experience, wish I would have stayed longer to enjoy the hospitality of City & Resort.

It was an amazing experience... Staff was good. Rooms were neat and clean. All the staff members were very friendly especially Nisha who executed beautiful musical nights for us. The view of snow capped mountains from resort was so beautiful.

The stay was nice. Staff helpful. They have a decent activity team that took us on a river safari. We had a thrilling experience walking in ice cold waters from glaciers. Children had a good time watching ducks and fish at the resort.

We had a very nice stay at club Mahindra Dharamshala.Nice resort and courteous front staff especially Ms Nisha who arranged a wonderful river Safari which we enjoyed.she deserves a special POB for attending to every single guest and trying to involve them in all activities Food at the resort is expensive and just ok.

Nice resort and courteous staff especially Ms Nisha who arranged for us wonderful river Safari, which was one of its kind. The only thing the resort can improve is that they can add more variety in their morning buffet.
