The staff were incredibly attentive, prompt and friendly.The staff go above and beyond in making sure that guests are taken care of. The biggest star with our visit was the breakfast buffet. Fresh dosas made to order, hot masala chai, chole and batura made to order - we completely spoiled ourselves. We also found this hotel quite convenient.While the Norbu may be more costly than other hotels, you do get what you pay for.

The check-in was very smooth. Shubham in the reception made us feel very comfortable from the moment we entered the lobby. He had answers for the queries about the resort and also about all the activities in Dharamshala. All the staff in the resort are very well groomed, with exquisite manners. The rooms had good view and efficient heating system. The resort had a temperature controlled swimming pool but an outdoor one. The breakfast spread was excellent. The view from the Namak restaurant was fantastic( if you are sitting by a window). The housekeeping staff were very efficient. Any request for a housekeeping item would be delivered instantly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel, we were there to celebrate our anniversary along with our child must say everything was on point. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout our stay, everything was simply exceptional. The attention to detail, the comfortable room, and the delicious food made our experience truly memorable. We were especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided an enchanting escape from our busy lives. This property was just amazing. Food was outstanding. The property is so beautifully done and staff is just excellent. I would really like to especially mention chef Anirban here as his hospitality and quality of food was just outstanding. Overall it was just an excellent experience where you will rejuvenate yourself. The only reason I have give it 4 stars and not 5 is because I think they should especially inform Spa is not operational before hand and also I think food pricing is little too steep. But rest no doubt everything was just perfect.

A beautiful location away from bustle of city. Rooms are spacious and tastefully done. View from Balconies is awesome . A large clean Swimming pool , pizza baking area, garden with water bodies and a very courteous staff adds to the flavour.

It was a great experience here. Love the beautiful sight from windows, plus the staff is friendly and nice. Taj Norbu is truly a luxury experience. The property is situated with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The family stay was exceptional, the property exceeded expectations with its breathtaking views, and the luxurious amenities it offers. This is not resort, it's a school, that too military school. Not allowed to play music on bluetooth device, not allowed to play cards, no service at pool side, no lift to move up and down the floors of main block. Don't speak loud, don't laugh loud. No spa,no health club,no creation activities. You cannot do any thing .
