We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb 2020. The resort is at the outskirts of Dharamshala, after Sterling Resorts, yet all the places of interest are nearby. The staff is super friendly. Mr Avinash was very helpful and did help us explore a new location with excellent view and tracking option. It was great you joining us for this short excursion. Rishab and Ashok from dining area were true example of customer service and we enjoyed each meal with their help a lot. The chef is excellent who always served best meal of the whole trip time and again. Resort is in general very good, however bit old and may require some quick fixes. Like the water pressure in shower and commode was too low to be used, leakage around washbasin which could not be fixed etc. The rooms are specious and have good view, sunlight (front facing). Overall. a very good experience and we would recommend this to the family. Regards Anil…

Good room. Food was excellent.the location is very nice abd facing the snowy mountains. Children have lots of place to play. The hall is good for get together when there ia a group tour. Overall i havd to say the hotel ia very good.

Good Service, the hotel Manager Mr. Hari Om was very helpful told us about the best places to visit in and around. Food was good a very basic offerings on buffet for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Lovely hotel and family like environment. We had some a great time at the property. The staff was very responsive and did their best to be hospitable and accommodating. Overall a lovely experience. This hotel is close to Aghanjar Mahadev temple which is ancient one. Having huge lawn in front of hotel with swings and slide.
