The best Roof top "family" Restaurant in town. Add to that a Bar and a 360 degree view of the mighty Dhauladhar and Kangra valley. The sunrise in the morning is spectacular. Evenings can be spent with family and friends along with light music in the background.

Spacious Rooms. Best part was staff. So humble & soft spoken. Excellent location. Room Service Staff & HK Staff was brilliant.

Need to work a bit in washroom. A few drawbacks but overall fine.

Thank you. Will come back for sure.

We came to stay in this hotel during our visit in dharamshala. One night was ok, second night, a party is going on, with such a loud music until 11:41 pm. We have 12 hours journey tomorrow and it’s 12,
Still not able to sleep.

Called few times reception, got the answer the guests will go after dinner.

Sofa’s fabric is ripped off, towels are worn off. I did ignore all this just because staff was friendly and helpful but this is unacceptable to pay and still have to bear this loud music without any prior information. We have 3 year old child whom we managed to put to sleep now.

I will make sure to leave review on each and every site.

We were there for lunch. It was too crowded with localities and very noisy. The food was okay with quick service. The staff was polite and approachable. The seating area was with a picturesque view of Dhauladhar. Not a good place for nuclear family to visit especially with kids.

This is one of the my good eating point for all occasions. Garlic noodles, manchurian and spongy rosgullas are all time best. To call out coffee is also too good. Open bar with good starter options adds on. Only thing needs little improvement is fast service.

This hotel is located in Lower Dharamsala about 25 mins from McLeod Ganj. We have gone back to Centre Point again and again because it is clean, comfortable and good value for its class. Reception staff are very welcoming. Note that the hotel lift is one floor up from the ground floor reception. Bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, effective a/c in all rooms, adequate bathroom (but no shower curtain), large TV, hair dryer. I recommend going for the super deluxe bedrooms on the upper (main restaurant) floor. Minimal street noise at night. My only criticism was the lack of Wi-Fi reception in the bedrooms. You can get a signal in ground floor reception and this should be free but you will need to ask for the access codes (there was no charge for this service). The restaurant was really good with an excellent choice of Indian and Chinese food and fantastic vale fir money. A wide range of alcoholic beverages are available. If you make a deposit at time of booking take a note of this as the first bill presented to us did not allow for the deposit that we had paid. There are two ATMs close to the hotel.

I stayed there in the month of may, 10-11th may to be precise.
The hotel had friendly staff, even the littlest demands were met in no time. My room had an amazing view of the ice covered dhauladhar ranges.
Talking about the roof-top restaurant, it serves absolutely amazing food. Dont forget to enrich your tastebuds with chicken lollipop and chicken bharwan tangri kebabs!
All in all, i would say my stay was value for time and money!

A Nice 2 star property. Small rooms but clean nonetheless. The hotel staff is very cooperative. They would try to arrange anything and everything for you. The hotel is located right at the starting of the town hence it is far from town centre and also Mcloedganj.
The place also has a nice and cosy restaurant. Dharamshala does not have any good options available for food hence this is the best of them. The taste of the food is fine (little oily though). The view from the room is really spendid. You can admire the Dhauladhars lying on the Bed.
A nice accomodation from the options available in Dharamshala.

Answer from Kartikeya B
Dharamsala, India
Greetings Smita! Thank you for writing to us. Please note that we are completely accessible by Road and therefore there is no walking required whatsoever to reach the hotel. Well both Dharamshala and Mcleodganj has its own charm. Dharamshala comparatively is more calm whereas Mcleodganj is comparatively more commercialised, Also many properties in Mcleodganj need some sort of walking whereas good hotels in Dharamshala are having easy access and have there own parking lots for there guests.
