The Hobo Hostel is one of a kind and this inimitable hostel is set up in the very lap of the mighty Himalayas. One can truly experience the Kangra District and its flavours while at this beautiful hostel designed and hosted by the most thoughtful and wonderful people. The topography of the area around the Hobo Hostel and especially behind it is simply astounding and too much to digest on a weekend trip. To truly embrace the grandeur of that place one needs at least a month to explore every nook and corner as that is the feeling it leaves you with that you do not want to miss out on anything.

Loved the vibe of this place. Specially the rooms ; they were quite spacious and clean and the view outside the room was incredible! Atith bhaiya had been quite helpful and friendly throughout the trip. It did not at all feel like i was outside home. #Veryhomeyvibes ☺️

This is one of the best hostel I've ever been to. Firstly their location and the hostel itself is so Tumblr, I loved it! Second, the staffs are extremely good and supporting, as I left my earphones there, they parceled me all the way from Dharamshala to Delhi. I don't think so anyone nowadays bother these lil things. But these guys are extremely honest and supporting. The place is soo beautiful and food is great. I'm definitely gonna stay here every time I'll visit Dharamshala.🌼

I recently visited Dharamsala with 2 other friends. We wanted a place away from the usual commercial places where we can chill and spend some quality time. That's whats best about Hobo. It is surrounded by lush fields and you can hear the river water flowing nearby. Just have a spliff and listen to nature's sound. The staff are very helpful. We had a really great time at Hobo.

In a nut shell. I loved peeking out of my window towards this huge grazing ground where wild and domesticated animals used to hover around. The property is located in rakkar village which is adjacent to Dharamshala ( 10 minutes drive from the main city) which makes it the ideal place if you prefer silence and solace.
Inside, you will find a thematic representation of different cultures and religions through works of art on walls which really adds to your staying experience.
Essentials, in terms of beds, food, washroom and staff service is pretty satisfactory.
I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone travelling towards that part of Himachal.

I loved my stay here at hobo. Initially we has booked it for just 1 day but ended up staying for 2 days :). The location is beautiful with amazing views. The hosts Atit,Kaja and Gagan are such amazing and welcoming people. They made us feel at home and helped in planning the rest of the trip as well. I am planning to visit dharamshala and stay with hobo again just because i had such amazing experience with them.

HOBO is a place which makes me feel like at home only. Lovely people, delicious food, lots of games, amazing view from balcony; all this can summarize HOBO. I came back with lots of memories. A must place to visit.

HOBO is a place which I will always remember... open roof.. river in the backside. Such a calm and beautiful place and with friends around, this place gave me best memories of my life.. food is delectable here.... Everything is in Apple pie order and it's perfectly hygienic.... Must visit place.
