Its my first visit to Pong view hotel and 100% satisfied with excellent services all the facilities are like a five star hotel, hotel rooms are spacious then regular hotels hygiene taken care and luxury interior, climate control AC both hot and cold weather. Beautiful location and scenic view from room balcony. More important hotel give very geniune room rate if compare with hotels at MacLeodganj, free parking easy to reach by road on the way to MacLeodganj close to ropeway starting point. I would recommend Pong view hotel everytime whenever i will visit again and MacLeodganj , Dharamshala.

Our stay here at Pong View was comfortable. The staff is friendly, polite, always smiling and helpful. We opted for lunch and breakfast here and The quality and taste of food is good.
The premium balcony view category of rooms are recommended - they're spacious, offer a good view and are well equipped. Special thanks to Amit Bhatia and Sagar from housekeeping for taking care of us so well.
They offer heaters in winter and the AC is functional too. Overall a good experience :)

Marvelous hospitality and excellent staff services , very professional staff, they take care of customers very politely, courteous behavior and quick services,
Rohit, Suraj, Arun, are the best in service.
Hotel is located at outstanding center location surrounded by lush green jungle, hotel has the best Kangra valley view and fountains view, very quite place , cottages are so luxurious and family suites, room with balcony are very specious then any other five star hotel balcony is big can sit for sunbath and party,
Gaziboo at the hotel is so beautifully designed, to have a small gathering of 20 to 25 people. Surrounded by trees and next to water stream. We have very joyful time at the hotel
Hotel has the center location next to main dharamshala market, only 10 minutes drive from Macleodganj.
Rooftop restaurant very luxurious with hot and cold AC facilities, more specious for any big gathering , and has beautiful view of valley and mountain from room, plus point that restaurant has indore and outdoor open roof sitting space , I have seen the most beautiful sunset at dharamshala first time from hotel.
About the food , I can say the most delicious I ever had, every single bite I will remember forever, for food lovers and stay at beautiful place and comfortable as five star hotel I do strongly recommend Pong View Hotel,
Easy drive ,bigger road to reach at porperty having Free parking, never seen any traffic jam as there is two roads to reach hotel.

Great stay. We have stayed in suit 201 in May 2024. Beautiful view, excellent service, very cordial staff. Especially appreciating Mr Sharma, who was taking care of dinning at top floor.
Some small improvements suggested are: Arrangement of hangers in bath rooms, placing special mirror from shaving, hair dryer, toothbrush set, Com etc May ke kept in rooms.
The hotel is placed at a very cool and beautiful location and very reasonably priced.

The hotel was in a very comfortable location,in between Mcleodganj and Dalhousie which gave us very good advantage to move around and not very far from the ropeway also .
Whenever there was a traffic jam,( which is often there during the tourist season) we were able to walk to the market and to numerous places to eat and shop.
Food was very good, prices very reasonable. The staff was extremely prompt in correcting their services .I had a backache due to sleeping on their mattress, Next day they immediately changed to a firm one and I slept like a baby.
Another bonus was they gave us space to park our car free of charge ,when next day we hired a taxi to go to Khajiar . That was very sweet of them.
You also have valley and ropeway views . All in all a very pleasant stay for our family of 4.

One night room rent was Rs 2800 and i stayed there for 2 days. When I ordered steamed rice then they ordered jeera rice which was dry a lot. Next day I ordered shahi paneer then their shahi paneer was so sweet with white gravy. Then I ordered panner butter masala that also first day it was so good, on next day I ordered same considering shahi panner experience was so bad then they gave something else. When I asked for milk sachet for evening then they said it is given only 1 time. Seriously, I mean rs2800 room charge and they are saying for rs10 sachets. No room cleaning considering guest will leave for site seeing early morning. No flexible timings for hotel housekeeping.

Wonderful hotel beautiful location and very comfortable rooms what more a traveller need to relax forgot to mention rooftop restaurant has very delicious food , you can dine sitting aside of Kangra Valley view other side Dhouladhar mountain covered by snow. We as families stayed at the along View Hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed here a lot. The staff is very supportive and courteous. Food quality and variety was very awesome. The location of the hotel is very good. Away from crowdy places. Car parking was very well manages The view from the windows was also breathtaking. Must try place. Overall an excellent experience.
