Rakkh resort is a gem in the dauladhar range. We have travelled far and wide and was most impressed by the personalised experience by each and every staff member. The resort is set in a beautiful location with very well placed rooms facing the hills. Excellent rooms with all the amenities. The french press coffee took the award. Never expected this , up in the hills in tea growing country. Every member of this huge family like environment too great pains to keep their guests happy. Special mention to Swati the GM, Shiv the chef, Sunny , pawan, sandeep , madan etc. Sorry dont remember the rest. highly recommend this place. - yes there is a steep climb to the rooms- but that is what made it even better for us- so a bit of advice- if you are not so sure about the climb every time talk to the people at the resort to make an informed decision on choice of rooms

Thank you Kaushalya ji and Satya ji. Amongst all the amenities and services you recognized and appreciated, very glad to read that you were able to enjoy at Rakkh that perfect cup of coffee you just need for the perfect start of the day. Our entire team thoroughly loved hosting you both. Totally loved your energy and fitness level to be able to enjoy the walk around the resort. Also, glad that even though it took two trips to Bir Billing, at the end, you had an amazing para gliding session. Hope to see you both again sometime (at Rakkh or Satya ji- may be at Goa). Best wishes :)

If you are looking out for a family place with lots of activities, good food and beautiful surroundings ..Rakkh is the answer. It’s a property in the nature’s lap with all modern facilities. Food -very good with ample variety Service - smiling and helpful staff Room-clean room with all amenities Activities- the resort gives good options to be physically active. whole family can engage in wall climbing, air cycling, nature walk, pottery etc View - it’s on a hill, so valley& mountains can be seen. They don’t have TV and internet ..but I bet you..these will not be missed. Walk up to mountain room is lil steepy though. Special thanks to Swati, resort Manger ..who ensured a nice evening for our anniversary celebration. Overall amazing experience 👍

We truly enjoyed our week-long stay at Rakkh. Our kids rate the resort 10/5 as they really enjoyed the sheer variety of non-screen activities across sky cycling, trekking, biking, archery and dart boards, weaving and pottery, board games etc. As adults, a definite additional push was the steep slopey climb across the property and the discouragement from using a buggy to overcome the same each time one has to reach the room. The quality of food is also very high for Indian and local Kangra cuisine, there are unique experiences built around this which are worth cherishing. The staff are all local and very well trained to make sure guests are happy, and Swati is a really pleasant, perfect and good natured professional manager to them - all in all, an enthusiastic client oriented team who is keen to ensure you have an absolutely lovely time. Poised to get even better with the indoor pool and even more “under cover” activities under construction, besides the all day make your own pizza counter to add to the fresh juices and Maggi counters. On this front, we recommended to the team that they could create a lighter health oriented/continental option to complement their activity orientation. They are as always highly positive and open to the feedback, and we hope to return for another adventure...this was surely a highlight in our 2 weeks in Kangra! Kudos to the entire team at Rakkh Resorts 👏 👏

Thank you so much Ms. Malti. It was totally a pleasure for the entire team at Rakkh to meet and host Vikas ji, Anay, Amaya and you. Anay and Amaya left all of us with lot of memories to remember- Anay's never give-up attitude, being melodramatic and creative in finding excuses to use buggy and getting a chuski :) Amaya's super friendly and caring personality, ever smiling face with cuteness overloaded. It was a delight to have them around at Rakkh. Will look forward to hosting you all again sometime, with a promise to provide leaner meal options along with the delicacies for a perfect balance. Until then, best wishes and take care.

Hi we visited Rakkh Resort recently with a big group of four families and an awesome experience. The resort is in the lap of nature and gives u enough chances to explore nature. We went for a short trek with kids to a nearby spring and had activities within the resort to keep all engaged like pottery , weaving , rock climbing , archery and cycling on a rope way . The highlight was the maggi ,Banta and gola station where all especially the kids made stuff and ate to their hearts content .The food was yum , the staff very helpful and we had our space to unwind , play music at our personal cottages which provide Amplifiers too . The best part is since we had taken combined cottages we were not disturbing anyone as the other cottages were quite far from ours . Our kids also enjoyed with the resort dogs Tully and Tina and observing the rooster pack and ducks . All in all It was definitely a memorable vacation Must visit
