It went far beyond our expectations. Professional and courteous staff, attentive, meticulously clean and maintained rooms with high-standard amenities, lovely garden and pool, and the wonderful patio with view for meals. highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The Lonely Planet mentions that this hotel is steps above all others in the main town, and I have to agree. The staff is extremely professional, kind, courteous, and friendly. The rooms are of very high standard, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms with tubs, a flat screen tv, AC/heat, a safe, and wifi. They also...

Wonderful management! We had to leave early, which hotels.com was charging us a fee for. The management was adament that they pay the charge, not us.

We stayed at Amra Palace for two nights and it was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Jordan trip. To put this in perspective, we were staying in 3 star hotels (I.e obvs this hotel may by compare to the Movenpick, but for the price range it was great). All staff were exceptionally friendly - reception,...

I recently had the opportunity of spending the night at the Amra Palace Hotel as part of a tour package. Although this hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel, it is an awesome hotel. The service is great, the buffet is amazing and the rooms are quite nice. We had a triple and we had plenty of room and were...

We booked this hotel after seeing all the great reviews on Tripadvisor, and they're not wrong - this hotel is really wonderful. It's staffed by the most kind, considerate and funny people (while checking in, the guy on reception saw my travel fatigue and cracked a joke to make me smile almost immediately). It's quite close to Petra itself (though...

My friend and I arrived on what was a public holiday and the last day of the month 'banking day'....there is three cash points and none of them had any money left, we had given our driver the last of our money and you can't get money out over the counter....we tried. 4 & 1/2 hours later, exhausted and cranky...

A friend and I stayed here for two nights. The staff were very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was buffet style with a huge selection of hot and cold foods. Definitely a fantastic way to start the day. We also used the pool and hammam that is...
