In two weeks I have visited almost all the Jordan but this is definitely the best hotel I have visited. For an honest amount of money you have a nice swimming pool, a rich breakfast and a clean and confortable room. The staff is very helpfull and funny and they try all the best to let you enjoy your stay....

It all started with a warm welcome from the front desk (I believe Ahmad #2 was manning it). He provided us with details about our visit to Petra that evening and the next day. We were able to get the Petra by Night tickets directly from him, along with a shuttle ride. Then, along came a cute gentleman with rose-hip...

My husband, step daughter and I stayed two nights at the Amra Palace Hotel and felt so well taken care of by the helpful and friendly staff, the comfortable rooms and nice, clean swimming pool, which is wonderful after a hot, dusty day hiking through Petra. The breakfast buffet was delicious as were the dinners. The flowering garden and fountain...

I stayed at the hotel in August, 2012. The hotel is situated not far from the entrance to the ancient city, besides the hotel offers a free shuttle bus, so there will be no need to search for a transport or go on foot to the place: you'll have to be strong and fresh, since travelling in Petra itself is...

spend 2 nights in a very friendly hotel. staff were great and the pool and turkish bath are great after a trek around petra. beds are very comfortable and the buffet meals very good especially breakfast. Tip; lunch at Petra is expensive and not great, so consider a picnic lunch from the hotel.
