My husband and I stayed here for one night and the hotel was arranged through our tour company. It's a basic room but the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the wifi worked pretty well. The buffet dinner was really good and the service was excellent. My only complaint is...

After I entered the room, I realized that I forgot to bring my slippers. So I went downstairs and intended to buy one. They gave me for free, I was so glad. But it took like an hour for them to send it to the room... Anyway, this is a very nice hotel with lovely old design. The room is...

We enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and looked after. We were travelling with an infant and the staff couldn't have done more for us. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. We paid 40jd a night. At that price you can hardly expect the hotel to be exceptional but for...

Stayed for one night with a tour operator and were extremely disappointed by the lack of service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room reeked of sewage and mildew. The food selection was very poor and even one night was too much to stay.

I would think that at least 95% of guests are heading to Petra from here given its close proximity to the site. Most adequate indeed, this three star property does have a great pool & spa facilities to deal with tired travellers needing revival. Double glazing is appreciated for those not wanting the early morning (0500) call to prayer waking...

Only stayed here one night but I loved it! The view from our room was breathtaking, we had a clear view of the sun setting over the Petra mountains. Had a double room, the beds were comfortable but the pillows were a little hard ( was not complaining after a long day though). There are a few cafes a short...

Bed was very comfortable thus a very good night sleep. Toilet is small but functional.Location is good - near the Petra's places of interest. Dinner and breakfast is nice and reasonable. However, bottled water is not provided - I'd recommend that you buy bottled water from the nearby convenience shop rather than buying them here. Overall: Comfortable overnight stay.

Stayed here for 2 night with another 17 family members. A total of 8 rooms. Most rooms are reasonably comfortable except for the following rooms... Room 219: Air condition not working. Heater was constantly on even though switch was turned off. Room 322: No warm water. Water heater apparently not working. Toilet sink leaking, bathroom floor constantly wet. Room 320:...
