I want to start by saying the staff was very friendly and wonderful to work with. However we had lots of other issues and would not stay here again. Our group stayed in two different rooms and we both had to be switched to a new room at one point during out stay. We had change rooms immediately because the...

We stayed here for two nights. The first room they gave part of our party smelled terrible, so the staff quickly and courteously moved them to a new room. This room had a serious ant problem in the bathroom. Our room seemed fine until the middle of the night, then the adjoining room began an extremely loud party. After an...

Spectacular scenery. The hotel is well out of town. Inexperienced staff. Expensive drinks - and have to pay for water at the meal table! The food was very good. Well presented and great flavours, reflecting the region. The local people were very friendly and many spoke good English. The hotel does not have an ATM, and most ATMs did not...

Small restaurant , took long time for coffee to be served at the tables . Food was good but need more fruits for breakfast . The staff were friendly around the hotel . At the lobby they were very helpful with details in how to get to town and back to the hotel .

Stuff not very friendly, try to sell you very overpriced taxis to Petra . Hotel is very clean an breakfast nice but location is not good to see Petra. Hotel is far...

One night only stay but it was wonderful. The morning view was beautiful. Food was delicious and abundant. Everyone was friendly. One cleaner even helped me tie my scarf to look more Bedouin. It may be a bit way off from the valley but the view is worth it all.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Petra Marriott Hotel. We stayed for three nights and were glad to not be leaving after only one night. As Marriott aficionados, we were excited about this location. Yes, it is true that it is not your "typical" Marriott. Most things felt "different" from your usual Marriott. However, it was fun to embrace...

No shuttle!!? I think it's safe to say most people staying at this Marriott are here to visit Petra. The location of this hotel is far out, and they don't offer a shuttle service. Food was good. Service was okay. Since Marriott bought out SPG, I'll stay the Movenpick across from the entrance of Petra and right where the JETT...
