As the title already says this hotel is a very good place to stay at if you want to explore Petra. The staff is very friendly and they offer services like doing your laundry , preparing lunch packages or refilling your water. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is fair for the price. If you plan to go to...

I booked this place off the back of some good reviews and I was not disappointed. Gail, the English proprietor was friendly and helpful. She can hook you up wth any info you require and arrange packed lunches for your day at Petra. You can also fill up your water bottle for a cost rather than buying a new one...

The price is really cheap but whatever the price it's just normal to clean a minimum. Cleaning does not mean pretending to broam the floor during 5 minutes. It also mean removing the dust from the bathroom (particulary in the ceiling ), the dead spiders and alive cockroachs in the toilets and under the beds ... a nice welcoming can...

Dear Claire, I'm sorry you had a bad experience at the hotel. The rooms are usually cleaned daily - dust is of course a constant problem living in the desert, and it's amazing how fast it can build. We were a little short staffed over the Christmas period and I'm sorry that the cleaner missed the ceiling and under the...

The owners were more than helpful and welcoming. They made my trip amazing and enjoyed every second staying here. Warm in the winter, great breakfast and a great laugh. They made me feel so welcome and looked after me. They have great connections in Petra to make your stay extra special, I booked all my trips through them and it...

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of extra touches make it a nice place to stay such as amazing rooftop terrace, option for a packed lunch for Petra, laundry service. Would definitely stay again.

We spent in Saba'a Hotel 2 nights , in the dormitory. The room was in the basement near the kitchen , it was dirty, the wc has never been cleaned during our stay and was in terrible conditions after few hours, no toilet paper. We found different bettles in the shower and in my bed in the morning. Everything was...

Dear Chiara, I'm sorry you had a bad experience at the hotel. The bathroom is usually cleaned everyday, but if it's busy and people have made it dirty then just ask and we'd be happy to clean it again. Likewise, if you run out of toilet paper just ask me for more - it's no problem at all. Unfortunately, sometimes...

Saba'a Hotel is both ideal for all types of travelers, as well as offering the best value for money accommodation in the whole of Wadi Musa (Petra). The high standard and great size of the rooms really isn't reflected in the prices. It would seem senseless to stay anywhere but here! As well as being very welcoming and positive, something...

The shared bathroom needs a bit of restoration. The manager is really nice and helpul. The dorm is very good, beds are confortable. Excellent atmosphere It's quite close to everything (the city is not that big anyway) and it's easy to get from there to the Archeological Park

Although its not located near the visitor centre, it is smack in the middle of the Petra town on tourist street near the circle. Has access to supermarkets and good cheap restaurants. Better to stock here or at Sawbak with water as once you enter the Petra heritage area, everything is overpriced. We had good help from Bakr who was...

I stayed here for 2 nights with my friends while visiting Petra. It's about a 15min walk to the entrance of Petra, and the rooms are just right for a budget traveler. There are a few provision shops and a good restaurant called reem beladi nearby.
