Staying here only one night - the hotel was no problem, although the bed was not very good; we had had excellent beds (firm mattress) in all other hotels in Albania. Our room overlooked a small quiet side street - so no noise. Breakfast was set up in a room adjacent to the dining room/ reception area, which was fine.... More

OK but no more - use if you have to but the standards are very mediocre but there again so is the town. Disinterested staff. The reception area seemed full of locals clogging up the chairs using the hotels wi-fi. Of all the hotels used on our package tour this was the worst

This town looks like the ex-communist industrial area that it is and lacks any charm. The hotel matches that ambiance. Our room was scruffy and needed a serious refurbishment. The bathroom was disgusting and looks like it hadn't been upgraded since the 1990s when the hotel was built. We had obviously been upgraded as we had a grotty sitting room... More

First impressions of the hotel were not good; the lobby area is dark and gloomy and slightly sinister. However, first impressions were misleading. Our room was comfortable and spacious, the hotel location is very good and the staff were extremely helpful; several of them spoke English fluently and one provided excellent travel advice. We were able to park our car... More

Spent 5 nights over the New Year period. Hotel is very close to main street but far enough away to miss any noise. Staff very friendly and helpful although their English is limited. Breakfast is very varied...eggs, bacon, sausages, sweet pastries, fresh fruit, orange juice, tea&coffee. Would definately stay here again.

We stayed overnight at the Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. The en suite shower room was likewise clean and well fitted. Breakfast was good with an ample choice of good, well prepared food. The staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. Overall, a pleasant experience and a Hotel I can certainly recommend.

Right in the centre of town, so a great location and no trouble with parking. Very quick service from the English-speaking receptionist who gave me the wifi password before I could ask for it! A lift to a good sized room that had a view of the minaret of the Mirahori mosque, and despite the road below the room was... More

The coffee was fine. The staff were friendly. The showers were good. The aircon worked but wasn't particularly powerful. The big negative for me was the fact that the toilet in my bathroom wasn't attached to the floor. This was rather alarming!
