This Bed and breakfast is phenomenal! Lovely house and the Inn Keepers are so warm and welcoming! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Love this area and this place! Lots of music and laughter. The room was wonderful, slept great. Very homey feeling here.

We were greeted warmly and given a quiet room. I had a few misgivings given the room was on the first floor and right next to the road. However it was very quiet and very comfortable. The owner was most cordial in inviting my husband and I to a musical show that was taking place that evening next door. It...

I came to Mountain View for a personal weekend and to take a class at the Ozark Folk center. I was welcomed by the owners' son when I arrived and he was very nice and helped me get my belongings to the room. The owners arrived soon afterward and treated me like an old friend. The Azalea Room was so...

It was a delight to meet you, Julie. The Azalea room is one of our most popular rooms with the sitting area separate from the bedroom and the view overlooking the court square. We hope you will visit us again soon. :)

The room was charming, and its remodeled bathroom and shower a nice touch. Relaxing rocking chairs on the porch provided a great vantage point of the town's historic square and stone courthouse. Was there on business, but will return for a relaxing weekend with my wife. The husband-and-wife innkeepers enjoy operating their B&B, and they want you to enjoy your...

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. Hopefully you got to relax a little even though you were in town for work. We would love to have you and your wife back for a non-business trip when you get the chance. :)

This B & B on the town square is in the heart of the street music part of town and they have added their own building next door for musicians and country dancing. I recommend it highly as a single traveler wanting to perhaps meet a few people, or for a group. We have a group bicycle ride to their...

We very much enjoyed having your bicycle group stay with us. As you mentioned, our new building next door (the Mountain View Meeting Place) is a great new addition. It is perfect for group events, such as church group retreats, family reunions, wedding receptions, as well as the music shows and workshops that we put on through out the year....

We stayed during the first week in January which is the towns slowest month. We got a free upgrade because of room availability and stayed an extra night because of snow and got a discounted price. Chris and Shelley were very friendly and the Iris Room was very comfortable-we loved the private sitting room! The breakfasts were good. They had...

Thank you for staying with us. We very much enjoyed your company. Some folks are nervous about staying with us in the winter months because of the (unlikely) potential for snow. Because of our gas generator and gas heat, snowy weather is no issue for us. It is a beautiful time to visit Mountain View. The Caverns are open year...

This was our first Bed & Breakfast experience. If all B&B's are like Wildflower Bed & Breakfast On the Square we may never stay in a hotel again! Chris, Shelley & Morgan are friendly yet professional; and they're excellent musicians too! The delicious breakfast feasts alone are worth staying there for; but the list of reasons to stay are endless....

We are so glad you enjoyed your first B&B experience. A lot of times, when people think of Mountain View, they think that all they will hear is Bluegrass music. However, there are many types of folk music that people will get to hear, including Old Time, Jazz, Classic Country, Delta Blues, and more. I've just enjoyed learning the songs...

Where do I begin? We arrived about 7:00 pm on a Friday and found out there was a Contra Dance next door. We went and had a great time. It had been years since we had done that. We met many people there and all were friendly. After the dance, the musicians moved to the front porch of the Wildflower...

We so much enjoyed your and your wife's company for the weekend. The Contra Dance was our first event in our new event center (Mountain View Meeting Place) next door. Couldn't have asked for a lovelier B & B nor more hospitable hosts. We stayed for a week and let me tell you we never went hungry or unattended. Shelly and Chris are just the best at everything. Thank you, James. Shelley is a great cook. She has done extensive research in to gluten free recipes to accommodate our gluten-free guests. This jewel B & B is great and has the best of everything, including host/hostess, room, atmosphere, breakfast, and entertainment. We loved the spacious room that was so clean and also the fact that we had a small window a/c unit in it that slowed us to control our own temperature. The breakfast was to die for and every morning...

Shelley's cooking is what brings everyone back to our B&B. The local musicians will come play for a free meal because of her delicious breakfast. One of the best things we did is install window A/C units in the upstairs rooms. We have central A/C that works great, but because it is an old house, it sometimes doesn't cool evenly....
