We had never been to a Bed and Breakfast before. Mountain Memories far exceeded our expectations! The cottage with the private pool is definitely the way to go. Very private, but very accomodating. Linda is a phenomenal hostess. We will be back as soon as possible!

I am so happy you chose Mountain Memories for your first B&B. I loved meeting your family and watching your son have so much fun. The garden froze this week and the pool is closed for the winter, but winter brings eagles flying over the inn and Christmas decor. Thank you for the wonderful review.

We stayed only one night on our way home. The room was spacious and lovely with special touches too numerous to list. Linda is a delightful hostess and gave us some history of the area and Arkansas. Due to a schedule, we had to miss her delicious breakfast but plan to return for that experience. She served a most wonderful...

Thank you for selecting Mountain Memories. I'm sorry you missed breakfast but I know you had very early travel plans. In this fishing area I am always ready to prepare breakfast before sunrise. I so glad you enjoyed your short stay and look forward to a return visit. Thank you for the review.

This was our first ever stay in a B&B and WOW did Linda (the hostess) set the bar high! My wife and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing anniversary getaway trip. We stayed in the Olive Branch Room which was fantastic with a great view and so comfortable! Linda's gourmet three course breakfast and evening dessert is like...

This was a top notch experience. The accommodations are excellent and the hostess was very friendly, accommodating, and a great cook. We stayed in the cottage which featured a great view from the deck and a private indoor pool. Booking here will almost surely guarantee you will be extremely satisfied with your stay...my wife and I hope to return sooner...

My husband and I chose to celebrate the completion of my 6 weeks of post- operation recovery with a weekend at Mountain Memories Bed and Breakfast. The hospitality of the hostess and the beauty of the home make guest feel at home in a way that chain hotels lack. The three course brunch that the hostess serves far surpasses any...

It is our first Bed and Breakfast stay and it is beyond our expectation, so amazing! Linda the hostess makes us feel right at home. If I knew about this place sooner, we would have stayed longer and skip the hotels on the way to Arkansas from Indiana. We will be back! P.S. Be sure you check out the Eagle...

Thank you for staying at Mountain Memories and sharing your review. The eagle has been flying over the B&B almost every day. I have been visiting the nest to watch them repairing the nest and fishing. I hope to see you again as you travel through Arkansas. It is always great knowing I have made your travel experience enjoyable.

I selected Mountain Memories based on location and some select advice via this Website. Having stayed at only a few B & B's, my expectations were so so, but Mountain Memories changed all that. We were immediately greeted by the Host, Linda who had our cottage all warm and cozy and a special area warmed up for our retriever. Meals...

Can't say enough good things about the accommodations and about Linda, our most marvelous hostess. I had low expectations for Arkansas, but after three days here my image of the area has completely changed. My husband and I are looking for property in the area for a retirement home. We look forward to staying at Mountain Memories several times in the...

My new husband and I just spent our mini honeymoon here and it was unlike anything we have ever experienced. There were endless personal touches and every detail demonstrated the perfected art of hospitality. Our cabin had a private full indoor pool, a full kitchen with every amenity, a large living area with a fireplace, a jacuzzi tub, and a...

I am not normally one for superlatives in accommodations, but this is very likely the best lodging experience I've ever had (and I've stayed in luxury hotels around the world). I was in Mountain Home for business and decided to make it interesting by finding a local B&B rather than a chain hotel. I'm so glad I did! I stayed...

“Just be sure to enter the exact address in your Smart Phone or Nav System as the location, although not hard to find, is somewhat obscured by huge oaks. Take a right at the sign for Fred's Fish House and then continued up the lane for 1/4 mi. Mountain Memories is the right!.”
