Good location downtown, parking (but when we first arrived it was full, had to wait), small, basic room w/very small bathroom, small sheets didn't stay put on the bed. Old-fashioned key, no elevator (luckily we were on 2nd fl), but dining area is on ground floor. Breakfast was alright, but not ready on time. Some of the staff did not... More

We spent there for three nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is in the centre of Castro, near to shops and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful if you have any question and is speaking English very well. We liked our light and modern room with a great view to the sea and a large... More

I did not want to stay in a simple hotel/motel or even one of the "special" unique palacitos on the water/on the stilts. I wanted modern comfort and amenities! This is truly the best accommodation in all of Castro for what I was looking for. I used everything...restaurant, spa, etc.

We were picked up from the airport by the hotel van.We had room 405 with a good view. The room was fine, bed was comfy, shower had hot water.Personally I would have welcomed a mirror on the wall in the room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but it was the same every day. They do have hairdryers... More

We booked our stay at the hotel after reading different reviews. We can't understand the good ratings this hotel gets. The 'old' part is outdated & noisy (you can even hear the people in the next room). The breakfast was really bad - we bought our own in the end. The shower needs renovation and the bed replacement. The staff... More

I was concerned when I saw some of the reviews and almost did not stay. Glad we did. The place was done by some architect who was well known. The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were nice, and we had a small frig. We used the hot tub. It was close to the city so easy to walk. There... More

We arrived in Castro in the pouring rain with no reservation and the very helpful local tourist office sent us here - we are glad they did! The standard rooms are small so we upgraded to a suite for relatively little extra. The room was large and comfortable with nice views. The hotel is well located and it is easy... More

Funny... WiFi worked great at my $50 hovel, and was slower than snails here! Plus the noise from the karaoke bar is no joke. I slept OK with ear plugs, but the music is quite loud and many rooms face this bar! That said, I got friendly help from the staff and LOVED the pool and JACUZZI! Breakfast is the... More

I stayed there 1 night and I wont never stay there again ever (not even if the hotel give me money for it). The doorman was extremely rude to me and he even grabbed me because he thought I was too young for being in charge of a group and he told me that he knew better about everything because... More
