Es una estancia con cuartos y aparte cabañas y aunado a eso es una granja educativa asà que verás animales propios de la región. Nosotros nos hospedamos en una cabaña, sencilla pero con todo lo necesario: cocina, comedor, un baño, dos habitaciones una de ellas con cama matrimonial y la otra con litera. La duela es muy amable, está a 20 minutos manejando de Coyhaique, ideal para los que tienen carro.

The ecolodge wasn't open, the season is not open yet (they open in september), but we had some problems because of the weather and they opened a cabin for us, very comfortable, clean, warm and we are so happy about the service, the owners had a delicious breakfast for us , we spent there 3 days after all and we even see the snow!! it is like a farm and you can touch the animals, llamas, rabbits, etc... it's very well located if you wanna go to skiing or fishing, about 20 minutes to the airport. we will not forget our experience

A good place to stay with your family and friends, there is a farm with cute animals and very nice owners, they have different kind of rooms and they also provide free breakfast, i think i would like to come back.

Reserve en este establecimiento a las 19:00 hrs del dÃa 23/04/19 e inmediatamente después de haber hecho la reserva llame por teléfono para notificar que llegarÃa a las 21:30 aproximadamente al establecimiento ,diciendo la operadora que el número de contacto no existe .
Pues bien cómo a este establecimiento queda apartado de la ciudad y se llega solo en auto tuve que rentar un taxi para que me lleve al lugar .
Tal fue mi sorpresa al bajarme del taxi y el chofer dejar mi maleta en la entrada del establecimiento que llame a los teléfonos que aparecen al ingresar al predio y me contesta en uno de los dos teléfonos la Sra Magaly a quien me presento y digo que tengo una reserva en el lodge, quien me dice que a esa hora ya no reciben huéspedes y que no me van a abrir la puerta le explico que estoy solo afuera y con mis maletas y que el taxi ya se habÃa retirado del lugar y de improviso me corta el celular , insisto en llamar en 10 oportunidad a lo menos y no responde luego toco y toco el citofono y tampoco lo hace, veo luces en una de las instalaciones y nadie sale a atender .
Luego de 20 a 30 minutos de espera allà bajo el incesante frÃo logro llamar a el taxista para que me vaya a buscar por lo que debo pagar otra vez para que me lleven de vuelta a Coyhaique y de paso buscar otro alojamiento.
Cuando ya encontré otro establecimiento comiste lo acontecido al servicio de atención cliente de Booking quien intentó comunicarse con el anfitrión sin resultados positivos pues el número de contacto es incorrecto. Se me ha dicho desde Booking que en 30 min buscará un establecimiento de similares condiciones y comunico q mejor lo haré yo por mis propios medios.
Al siguiente dÃa, tome una excursión con destino a lago Elizalde y esto queda de paso al lodge donde tenÃa la reserva , le pido al chofer y guÃa si me permite bajarme un momento para pedir explicaciones a la anfitriona de porque no me abrió la puerta la noche anterior y la Sra muy ruda y con mala voluntad me dice que es responsabilidad de Booking y que en esta época ya no trabaja ni recibe huéspedes, siendo que en la página dice qué hay disponibilidad, ademas la sra menciona que el precio que yo pague para una persona no corresponde y desconoce la reserva, y me cierra la puerta en las narices y su esposo Cesar que se encuentra cerca me dice que tengo que retirarme del lugar o me sacará a patadas del lugar. En todo momento he sido muy respetuoso con ambos pero creo firmemente que esta gente no está capacitada para trabajar con público y menos en turismo, realmente no recomiendo en absoluto este lugar, porque las personas que atienden son muy maleducadas y cero respeto a los viajeros que escogen este establecimiento. Sin mencionar que ni siquiera tienen la decencia de responder con fundamentos.
Esta demás de decir si están cansados de trabajar con turistas dedÃquese a otra cosa pero no haga pasar mal ratos innecesarios y cierre usted misma las habitaciones en la página con su código de afiliado y no responsabilice a Booking por el trabajo que usted deberÃa hacer mejor y simplemente por no tener tino hizo de mi estadÃa en Coyhaique una noche estresante y angustiante. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
