Modern and comfortable rooms, great restaurant, and super friendly staff. Whether it's sights to see or travel arrangements to set up the staff will do their best to help you with any query. Cecilia is a force of nature that will solve all your problems including ones you haven't even thought of yet. The restaurant was also one of our favorites on the Carretera Austal.

We had a marvelous stay here. A room for 2 and another for 4. Staff was attentive and marvelous. Breakfast was perfect. Location close to town square and good restaurants. They also serve lunch and dinner. Highly recommend to stay here.

A very well rounded B&B, all things considered. The outside look doesn't make justice to what awaits for you inside. Very cozy and homey feel right off the bat as you come in. The place itself is quite small, but furnished to fit your ideas of what a southern B&B in the the south of Chile should look like.

The common room is comfortable enough, with a fire place which seems to be burning almost 24 hrs. The breakfast is so good I took like 25 pictures of it. The rooms could use a lot more work, but meet expectations.

The best you can find in Coyhaique by far. Not the best I've visited by far.

We stayed here for one night. The person who I take to be the owner met us and was very pleasant and helpful. The common area was comfortable and charming. The let down was the room which was small, a bit run down, faced a fairly busy road and had two small windows. At $110 USD it does not represent good value when compared with other offerings in Chile. We left early at around 8 pm to catch a plane but were not offered a hot breakfast even though it appears that the service had commenced,

We stayed at the Raices B&B as a central point to day trips around the Aysen Region. This B&B is charming, clean, welcoming and very comfortable. The owner/manager is delightful and went out of her way to help us secure drivers, taxis, restaurant recommendations, etc. She was always available and made sure we had what we needed. The rooms are wonderful with fabulous beds/mattresses and down covers. Highly recommend this B&B! The Selmans

I spent 2 nights in this bed and breakfast. I was tired for my long business trip, and just need to have a place to rest and recover energies, so as to keep on working the rest of the trip. This was the perfect option, the bed was very confortable, there was no noise, the temperature outside was very cold but the room had a template weather for a perfect sleep. The breakfast was very diversified and the staff was extremely helpfull. What else? I can still remember the nights checking emails close to the hearth...amazing!! Great value , really worth it.

We stayed here twice on our trip around the Carrera austral. We loved this small hotel. It has a contemporary feel and us very stylish and comfortable. Great breakfast served until 10.30 am. Very friendly staff and one of our favourite places of our trip.

I was disappointed to find our room, which was quite spacious and nicely furnished, next to a busy, hence noisy, main road. The common room is quite cozy and the gardens beautiful. The breakfast is good and plentiful - pressed coffee, tea, a variety of fruits, granola, cereal, bread, yogurt. Parking is inconvenient as there is no parking on the street; however, they offer gated parking a block away.

We stayed for 5 nights in the middle of winter. The b&b provided heating in all rooms and an ever burning fireplace in the dining room/lounge. Raices is a cozy and comfortable b&b above average standard. The owner Cecilia is very friendly and alert to guests needs. The staff was helpfull and accomodating. Wonderful beds, clean, good showers with owners own produce of shampoo, balsam and soaps. Wonderful towels. Good breakfast with surprises every day. Situated close to city center. Wonderful possibilities for trekking and visits to natural parks in the area. If you are going to visit Coyahique, look no further: this is the place!
