When we arrived the staff was so nice and got us checked in promptly. The room was very clean, and smelled nice. The wi fi was excellent. We enjoyed the drive over the mountains and then used the pool. our overall experience way just wonderful! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Mena is a great place to...

This is a pretty clean Inn. It is right off Highway 71 which is wonderful for motorcyclists. I was in a van but as a former motorcycist, I knew this place catered to them. There is even a bar hung over the top of the air conditioner/heater that you could place some hand washing items to dry over night. The...

The staff s great, can't say enough. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are dated and need updated, clean and comfortable but carpet was wore out and curtains that don't close. The location is great; close to food and stores but the traffic can be crazy. I would stay again.

Love going to Mena and love staying at this hotel. Great service, clean rooms, and the bible is on the table and not in a drawer. Will defiantly stay here again. The beds were soft and the shower was hot. A great hotel for the price.

The rooms were clean the beds although soft were comfortable enough. My main complaints were there was a continental breakfast offered but there was no where to sit down and eat you had to take it back to your room.. I have stayed in better motels for far less than this one charged. We were traveling with our club so...

This hotel only place you will want to stay in Mena! Remodeled rooms have lots of room comfy beds spacious parking lot that is well lit. My only complaint is the 2 nights in a role that we've stayed here an employee came by both mornings at 9 and beat on the door yelling 'house keeping' and 'laundry'. Check out...

Stayed here for awhile in August and this hotel is much better than the photos show. I thought this hotel was very clean and had good people working at the front desk who would do anything to make your stay better. There's a nice pool with tables and chairs to relax and plenty of parking. The breakfast isn't much, but...

No elevator, so if you can't carry luggage up the stairs, stay on the first floor. The room was clean but really basic with a 1960s vibe despite the fact that the hotel doesn't look that old. And although it looked clean it had a faint odor of poop. The breakfast was meager and there are no tables and chairs...

We stayed here during an overnight trip with our motorcycle group, and my husband and I were very pleased with the stay. As others have stated, the rooms were spotless - we had a King bed room, which are located behind the pool area. As we ride a very expensive Harley Trike, we really appreciated we could park right outside...
