We thought our room had a small kitchen & a bed for our daughter. The kitchen had cabinets but no sink, no stove. The folded onto the floor. but we had AC & a tv. The breakfast included was amazing, fresh...& the hop, skip, jump to the hotel beachhead was worth it. Unlike the all inclusives around us, ours had...

The ApartHotel Green Coast was a clean apartment across the (small) street to a lovely little beach area. The staff speaks limited English, but we were able to communicate just fine with my limited Spanish. The staff members were very nice and they tried to help whenever I needed. The transfer to the hotel was seamless ($35) and check-in was...

Good: The whole apartment block is kept clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. The apartment consisted of a sitting room, kitchenette with a fridge and cooker, bedroom with separate toilet and shower. If they do get around to cleaning the room they leave a couple of bottles of water. The bedroom has a very large firm bed...

There were no pans when we got there and the stove was missing knobs. It took a day to get pans and we ended up buying one to use. There's a 5% charge of you use a card upon arrival. The housekeeping never came when we were out so we had to keep leaving the room late (5pm) when we...

If you pay with a credit card on top of all the taxes they will make you pay a 5% of the total amount due to the credit card use. The ad says they have king-size beds and they have small full size bed. TV don't work. No WiFi. No towels. The place has a cigarette with a moot small....

- booked through a famous BOOKING website, the hotel actually doesn't check emails regularly so they didn't had our booking because they never checked the email from the BOOKING website. - showed them the price we were supposed to pay, they then booked us rooms on the same price. - check in slow and unprofessional, but staff is kind. -...

I am writing this review based upon my experience visiting a close friend who stayed here. It's a quaint and very personal hotel located next door to the Lifestyles Presidential Suites Resort. It doesn't have direct access to the beach but is literally a couple of minute walk away. The room was perfectly clean, contemporary, and equipped with all the...

This was the best budget hotel in bavaro area. Rooms are really big and clean, with kitchen where is anything you need. Big bed, AC. They have really fast WIFI and free parking. Beach is 1min from hotel - also you can use the beachbeds (only 4). Receptionists are very helpful - I paid 60us for a night.

I usually get this place for around $60 dollars us a night. A block from the beach 2 restaurants attached and free parking. Absolutely no amenities at all. Just a room and they only clean it if you ask. Wifi sucks but for the price it is what it is. If your on a budget it's worth it.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
ApartHotel Green Coast is located 15 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in Dominican Republic, El Cortecito Beach, and in the heart of old romantic part of what once upon time was a fisherman's village of Bavaro. This is the only part of Bavaro and Punta Cana where you can really feel Caribbeans as it once was. It is full of good restaurants and small bars, gift shops and old colonials. ... more   less
